      Absolutely awful for so many reasons. Been getting charges for not being pci compliant, after spending way too much of my time to become compliant. Just recently received an email saying that my PCI compliance will expire soon, so I have been compliant the whole time but still getting charged. One of many ** charges this crooked company slides in.

Although I apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced it is important to understand that PCI compliance is crucial for protecting both your business and your customers. While I understand the process can be complex, it ultimately safeguards your business from potential security threats.

      Please note that your PCI compliance is maintained through a third-party Safer Payments. Although they report back to us regarding the status of your compliance, Worldpay is not who handles your PCI compliance **************** there maybe multiple steps to maintaining compliance depending on the nature of your business and how your account is set up, it is important to make sure you meet all the requirements be they monthly, quarterly or annual requirements.

      Although they do send out automated email reminders, if you need a better understanding of what your account requirements are for maintaining your PCI Compliance, I recommend you reach out to Safer Payments directly. They should be able to provide you with an idea of when your scans and questionnaires are needed by. Having a better idea of the requirement timelines will help keep you on track.

      DO NOT use this credit card service for small businesses! They are so expensive, have hidden fees, and canceling your account they charge you an extra month because you as a business prepay for the next month ahead! What a joke!!!! Many other options exist that are available.

      DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WANT $500 TO CLOSE AN ACCOUNT WITH NO CONTRACT OR EQUIPMENT. SOME ** ABOUT GIVING 90 DAYS NOTICE AND PROCESSING CARDS DURING THOSE 90 DAYS. JUST HORIBLE....

      I am absolutely livid with WorldPay. They have been the absolute WORST company I have ever had to deal with for my small hotel.After FIVE YEARS of using their merchant services, I was forced to switch due to a franchise requirement. I followed their process to close my account and was ASSURED it would take 30 days. Lies! They shut me down in 24 HOURS with NO WARNING. I'm left high and dry with no way to process payments until my new provider kicks in next month.I spent my entire Friday calling them repeatedly, getting nothing but empty promises from their "support" and "retention" teams. They LIED and said they'd fix it, knowing full well they wouldn't. Now I'm stuck, losing business, because their office is closed for the weekend.This is beyond unprofessional. They are incompetent liars who clearly don't care about their small business customers.DO NOT make the same mistake I did. RUN, don't walk, to another provider.

      I don't even know how to start with until now my account still not closed yet and my contract still under incorrect business name with the terminal which I don't even own listed on it. And keep charging me the crazy fees that I'm not suppose to pay and the sales person never told me at the begin.(She said she can explain but never answer my msg back) Be aware small business owner once you start using their merchant services it will be the worst nightmare in your whole life, so far this is the worst company ever!! You won't be able to reach out your sale's person anymore as soon as you signed the contract, you won't be able to connect to the correct department seeking for help. They will keep charging all hidden fees and told you that's from the third party but just in the same bill. When you trying to close your account it will take 21 business days and still not closed, therefore, I have to keep paying the fee until they completely close my account!! (I don't even know when!!) So far I have to waste my time to keep call the Worldpay every week and keep circling on the same situation without any solution. Also, there is a lady named *******, she think she is above me talking to me like she is my boss, never let me talk and yelled at me when I seeking for the help. Overall, I won't suggest any business owner use their services. Their online dashboard couldn't even do anything.

      Because my account finally be closed on the 07/15/2024, that's why you can't find my account "opened". I want all extra charges and hidden fees refund back to me!! This is totally the scam and fraud.

      My terminal stop working in the last 3 months and I was unable to resolve the issue. When I told Worldpay that I was closing my account they not only charged me for the 3 months of unused credit card machine world pay charged my $400 disconnect fee for not giving the 30 day notice.
