    Hello, In July 2024, I entered into a contract with Morii Lens for engagement photos to be taken on October 25th, 2024. As per the agreement, Morii Lens requested a full payment of $300 in July. The contract outlined that the $300 fee covered various costs, including time, travel, out-of-pocket expenses, software licenses, administrative fees, assistance, subcontractor fees, and a $150 hourly rate. Due to weather conditions, the photoshoot was rescheduled to October 26th, 2024. While the contract stipulated a service time of 1.5 hours, the photo shoot was completed in 45 minutes at the photographer's discretion. According to the contract, Morii Lens was to deliver the gallery within 1-2 weeks after the session. On November 8th, 2024, I reached out via text for an update on the photos. I was informed that the photographer, Amanda, was experiencing health issues, which I fully respected, and I waited patiently. On November 22nd, 2024, I inquired again and was told that the photos were completed and being uploaded that day. However, by November 26th, the photos had not been emailed or uploaded. I followed up to confirm that my email address was correct but received no response. On December 3rd, 2024, I reached out once more for an update, but once again, received no reply. During this period, Morii Lens continued to post on their Instagram account.

    Here is my screenshot from my computer that the gallery was sent and all business on my end was clearly fulfilled. This is a known scam with this person to do a pre-Christmas money grab from vendors.

    In addition to the points outlined in the BBB complaint, the desired resolution is simply for the delivery to be completed and the job to be finished as originally agreed upon. Kindly disregard or remove the disputed amount of $300 from the record.

    My husband and I got married august 13th 2022. I paid in full $1200 to the morii lens (****** ***** Married name or maiden name is ****** *****) to do our wedding photos. She did them and everything was fine, I got our sneak peeks back rather quickly. The website she has states standard wait time for photo return is 4-8 weeks.. so in October I reached out and inquired about the rest of our wedding photos.. she responded on Friday October 14th and said that I would receive all of our photos by that Wednesday at the LATEST. So that Wednesday came and I never received anything. I reached back out, there was multiple excuses I’ve heard as to why I haven’t received my photos since October.. in December I received SOME photos but not the more important ones like reception and family formal photos.. so I inquired again all throughout the month of December. She stated that she was happy I got the ones she had uploaded and she would be uploading the rest.. this was on December 18th. This is also the last time she has responded to me at ALL. Now being 2 weeks ago and no response.. but yet she is still posting on her social media accounts of other weddings and events that have happened SINCE my wedding and one that has happened in December! and not responding to my messages. I have tried everything I could to try to reach out but at this point this is poor business and I’m wondering what the next steps can be to get our cherished wedding photos.. I have a wedding contract, all payment transactions and every conversation we’ve ever had..
