11/19 I sat down with ***, I told him exactly what I wanted. He told me he could get exactly what I wanted. I paid cash for everything on that same day. That following week, *** calls back and said the factory windshield w/wiper combo that he promised wasn’t available and told me that we could a aftermarket windshield and it’s just as good as factory at half the price. *** transfers me to **** who also says the aftermarket (superatv windshield) was “just as good as factory.” I also ordered the ventilation/ heater option which required installing a heater core which ran off the factory radiator. When I picked up my unit there were 1.2 hours on the odometer. After getting home and taking a couple rides I noticed there were little spots of fluid on the parking block when I just had my unit, I checked the coolant level and it was within range. I was not about to see where or if the fluid was coming from my unit because to the full skid plate underneath. I kept an eye on the coolant level every time before I took a ride and the coolant was within range. While returning home for a ride, I noticed a strong odor. I parked my unit, and the next day when it was light outside I opened the door to my garage and coolant was everywhere. I checked the coolant level and it was way below the min line. I emailed the owner and he had my unit picked up, repaired, and delivered. I was told my the delivery man that the mechanic was new and didn’t know what he was doing so the master mechanic fixed the leak. I checked out the coolant level and it was clearly topped off to the max line. Weeks go by and I was cleaning out the bed and I noticed the coolant level was under the min safe line once again. I emailed ******* ********* I told him that I wanted my $ back and told him to take back my unit. ******* did nothing to resolve the issue, he insulted me, and refused to fix the issue which was initially caused by his mechanic. **** is fully aware that I’m a Veteran.
