      My wife, ***** *******, was a resident of ******** ****** beginning February 1, 2023. At the time of her admission an application for Medicaid was given to the billing offing but was lost and not filed in a timely manner. Consequently, paid the private pay rate for February and March. At a meeting with Mr. **** ********* on May 31, 2023 he agreed to reimburse the difference between the private pay rate and the Medicaid. But, after submitting the request for reimbursement he denied the request. Had the Medicaid application been filed in a timely manner the Medicaid approval would have been back dated to cover the February and March invoices. Refund of $22,038
