    Never been at an apartment that charges extra for water/sewer and you don’t over use it , never been at an apartment complex that you have a rent that fluctuates every month … They don’t answer your questions or change anything for their wrong doing but want you to contact billing but can’t get ahold of them . No email or call ! This apartment is terrible ! We have to wait til the first to see what our rent is going to be for the month , which doesn’t state it in our SIGNED LEASE ! Staff is different every month , week, year .

    Worst place to live! They don’t do any kind of maintenance and their emergency maintenance number doesn’t even work!

    Got young kids running the property, if you have issues you have to threaten the whole office with lawsuits to get it fixed, and overpriced don’t ever move here

    I’ve had black mold in my townhome for months. They came and painted over it nothing more. My AC hasn’t worked for over a month and there’s been a literally whole and water damage in my ceiling for over 2 years. I was supposed to be informed about moving to another unit since this one has so much damage due to water issues and there’s no follow up. I’ve spoken to people in corporate and in the office and over and over again I am getting put off and told to be patient while they address whatever the problem may be. I still pay my rent every month and all the time I’ve been here in 3 years I’ve been late once and I continue to be mistreated and they continue to have complaints from residents going unanswered. Someone that seemed to be making progress no longer is there. I’m beyond frustrated.

    Had a move in date showed us 1 unit told us this would be our unit then as soon as the day comes for us to get the keys they told us our unit wasn't available so they moved us us after I already ordered checks. So moved into this other unit quickly realized our floor was broken through whole kitchen. Back deck spindles where almost a foot apart kid leaned on it and broke from being weathered almost fell off second floor balcony. So they upgraded us told us one price few months later say that have to charge us over 130 bucks more place has issues all over tlbase trim falling off every where light fixture in the upstairs bathroom fell on me. Just happy wasn't my kids or wife. Made several work orders in for few different issues only thing they fixed was our garbage disposal which few months later is leaking. And to top it off my last month furnace goes out have got no info I have 2 kids we all been sleeping down stairs with several space heaters for almost a week just trying to stay warm.
