In 2016 we paid Everdry Waterproofing $38,000 to fix our basement- drainage issues, moving cracking walls etc. Now, my stable wall is bowing & cracking terribly forcing me to have to get it replaced asap before I wake up in the basement one morning. The Salesperson who came to our home, representing their company assured us that they will be able to solve all of our basement issues. They never told us that they don't warranty for wall movement which is the main reason we contracted with them & paid them all that money! We even pay a yearly fee for their Master Warranty, which we never even got a copy of. I contacted Everdry to report my wall issues. One of their Reps, ***, came out & took pictures. He had a copy of our Contract where he had already circled the fact they don't warranty against wall movement. I am so upset! They KNEW this is the reason we spent all that money to repair. *** said that they would only reimburse us $500 each for the slings on the support beams slings they installed! I told him I wanted to speak to a Mgr. So far no call! I have gotten 2 quotes so far to replace the wall Can't be fixed, has to be replaced! One quote is for $10,000 & the other is for $24,000. They both said Everdry did not install enough support beams & they were spaced too far apart with improper bracing. They also not secured properly at the tops. Talk about mispresenting their quality of work & not stand behind it. They know the job was done improperly!!Customer response

WE HAD OUR BASEMENT WATERPROOFED IN SPRING OF 2020 (I BELIEVE). THERE ARE MORE THAN A FEW ISSUES WITH THIS COMPANY. THE SALESMAN WAS PUSHY, TOLD US THAT WHEN THE BASEMENT WAS WATERPROOFED, THE WORKERS WOULD REPAIR ANY DAMAGE THEY CAME ACROSS, MAKING US BELIEVE THEY WOULD MAKE THOSE FOUNDATION REPAIRS. THEY FORCED US TO WRITE POSITIVE REVIEWS PRIOR TO THEM WOULD LEAVE THE PREMISIS. WHEN THEY ADDED A "GRADE" AROUND THE FOUNDATION, THEY USED DIRT HAULED OUT OF THE BASEMENT (SMELLED LIKE SEWAGE & FULL OF CONCRETE). SAID IF WE WANTED TOPSOIL, WE HAD TO PAY EXTRA FOR THAT! WE ARE CURRENTLY TRYING TO SELL OUR HOUSE (****************************************) & HAVE FOUND OUT THAT OUR FOUNDATION NEED MAJOR REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENT! THEY LET US BELIEVE THEY WOULD FIX THE ISSUES & LET US SPEND $13000 ON A FOUNDATION THAT NEEDS REPLACING!!!
