      Environmental quoted me a price of $199,99 to clean the air ducts, once here he stated it would be and additional $400.00 to clean each coil, then tried upsell me mold remediation for another $600.00. I see this vendor has had several issues with clients per BBB site. Someone needs to have a conversation and shut this guy down.

      I purchased a package that included air duct cleaning, furnace inspection, and dryer vent cleaning. They never touched the dryer. They only cleaned a few vents, never went downstairs. They tried to tell me I had mold and they immediately started drilling out holes for some UV-C light that is a total scam. And tried to charge me $1200. I quickly had them leave. The next day, my AC isn’t working. They attempted to take full advantage of us. Now they’re costing us more in furnace repairs.

      This company did 2 now shows and lied about showing up both times. They drove by my property both times and left for unknown reasons and were rude to me about it. I never got the scheduled services just excuses.

      We scheduled an appointment to have our ducts cleaned. They came out on February 15 2023, the technicians checked the system and said it was fairly clean and didnt need service, but we had mold in our vents in both bathrooms. They told us we should install a UV light to eradicate the issue. We believed them and had them install it, but was a little leary since they HVAC system is only a year old. We got a second opinion from another HVAC company and they told us that we did not have mold and was sold they light under false pretenses. We want a full refund since they lied and we dont have mold and they never even cleaned the ducts out. They also damaged out HVAC unit and it no longer runs properly.

      On 11/19/2022 Environmental Air Specialists came out to clean my duct work. After we elected not to have all of the additional work done (mold removal and UV lighting installed) the workers became very quick and left taking all of our vent screws. All contacts for the company are no longer valid.

      I hired Environmental Air Specialists to clean our ducting today. During the appointment, they tried to upsell me on getting mold removal/treatment. When I said I wasn't interested - they moved quickly to finish the appointment and leave. They left 4 vents off and did not screw them back in. One was completely off on the floor. I was told the owner was a veteran and wanted to give us a discount on our mold treatment, and this is how his employees treat a veteran that is already paying for a service. I am very unsatisfied with the service and want to warn others about their company.

      July 10 2022 I paid for my ductwork to be cleaned. I have had black dirt all over my house, drapes, floors, walls and I have had to call a heating and air conditioning service because the dirt clogged my air conditioner. They informed me that it was due to my duct work not being vacuumed out after they loosened the dirt. He stated that he had never seen filters that dirty in a residence. I am breathing this dirty air and I have a lung disorder. I have called 3 times and as of today no one has called back. I originally paid 249.00 and now 239.00 to my heating company.

      We are in a neighborhood group chat on Facebook. A Company named Environmental Air Specialists that have been in business since 2012 .A “***** ******” was the name of the lady in FB group. She said they’re having a special half off to get your ducks cleaned. So my daughter asked me and I got back to her she gave her my number and someone text me to confirm the appointment. I have proof of all the messages between all of us.I was a little Skeptical about it so I used the auto text line to asks questions. No one answered for days untill 6::23am the day before coming out on 7/14/2022. Then he (“**** “) still didn’t answer my questions. I said well there are alot of good reviews online and maybe I am Jumping to conclusions. So I said ok lets Give it a try. When they came out they did a very fast and thorough job and missed a few of the vents and left a big dusty mess. Until today me and my kids are all sneezing ,watery eyes, and have had several dust allergies due to improper cleaning! I immediately called the manager who answered the phone with just a high not even a professional greeting. I had told him they missed a couple things and he said someone would get back to me in a half an hour, this was on 7/14/2022. Until today I have still not heard back anything I have text many times I have emailed I have called at least 15 times and left many messages and no answer. Today is July 23, 2022 and the phone number is saying it is disconnected. The lady that was in the group chat on the Facebook is out of the group chat now. It seems like she is officially out which means they scammed me and I don’t know how many other people. I demand that I get my money back and when I spoke to the manager he told me do you want them to come back out and I said no he said would you like a refund I said yes. Please help me resolve this
