Toast net had somebody working on our neighbors house and they disconected our internet by mistake. I called them after it happened and instead of having the person come back to fix there mistake they told me nobody would fix it until 5 days later. I and my girlfriend work from home between the two of us we lost $1000 in wages. Toast refused to compensate us in any way for the last wages. And patted themselves on the back because they were able to get someone out to our house 1 day sooner than expected (still 4 days after the problem started) As I continued to complain that ISPs get away with whatever they want and never have any repercussions for there mistakes they threatened to disconnect our internet and (as all ISPs do) said if you don't like it find someone else.

The issue the customer experienced was not caused by TOAST.net. The issue started on Friday at 3:00 p.m. and was resolved on Monday by noon. The customer received a TOAST.net credit for downtime.Review from Miss R

* Toast.net ended my internet service without any notice whatsoever.* Been customer since 2008. Accounting initially friendly, but very disconcerting when criticizing customers personal life. Accounting owes refund, however takes zero ownership. Tech support evasive and takes zero ownership of email or security issues and often can not explain issues in a 'layman's language'. Toast.net email has severe security issues, thus not able to use. Sarcastic millenials on 'front lines' taking phone calls, LYING when they do not understand issues in the first place. Hello Miss *****, We are so sorry the disconnection affected your life. TOAST.net had no idea that you did not know that your service was scheduled for decommission. Our records indicate that many messages and phone calls were made to communicate this information to you as well as offering alternatives. TOAST.net did not disconnect your service. The incumbent phone carrier disconnected the service. You are welcome to send a request to [email protected] for any billing issues. And we have other Internet options for your address.
