I took my jewelry in for repair on July 3 of 2024.. The company had my jewelry for over a month then they called me in to see it. I was in complete shock when I saw the jewelry as it was not what I was expecting. I had given them a gold ring to fix and turn into a plain band. They said they could do it no problem when I saw the ring. It was very bulky and had all these designs in it and that’s not what I asked for asked for a simple band, secondly I gave them a freshwater pearl bracelet with gold beads. They cannot figure out what size to make it after two times and the clasp they put on it was not at all what the picture showed when I picked it out when I contacted the business and stated I didn’t like the bracelet nor did I like the way that it looked scale wise with the big beads and small clasp. Krysta Fairclough would not return my emails. I emailed her three different times and she would never just say yeah you can come pick up your beads. I kept asking her for a resolution in the emails. She just would not respond to me. I have been very busy this summer traveling not even in the city where repairs made and I didn’t have time to go in there because I wasn’t even in town. I was emailing her to figure out a resolution and Krista Fairclough, Would not return my emails That is no way to run a business. She has some elitist attitude that she’s better than everybody else. People need to know what kind of business they are running don’t take your jewelry in there. They are not looking out for the customers.
