I ordered 3 Custom Tailored Shirts, from The Custom Shop Clothiers on July 20, 2021. When I ordered the shirt through the Sales Rep, ***, he said to me that the shirts would be delivered in 6-8 weeks. I ordered the shirts for my Wedding this month. I started calling *** after about 8 weeks. I could not get an answer, as to where the shirts were, in terms of being sent out. I now have been waiting for 11 weeks, with no end in sight. I spent over $600.00 for 3 shirts. I have also called their main number, and have not been able to speak to anyone else. I just want what I paid for.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/10/15) */ To Whom It May Concern: Re: BBB Case ******** ********* is correct; he did order 3 shirts on the 20th and he has not received them. I just reached out to him. I let him know that indeed there was a shipping mishap between the factory and here. The show it shipped. However, we never received it. After he had contacted the same rep on 09/27/21, we immediately requested a completely new shipment RUSH Shipped. Our clothing is all custom made. Therefore, it does take a considerably amount of time to produce. I just emailed the factory (different time zone) and requested an immediate update on the order (including estimated shipment day). Additionally, I let him know that I am going to have our IT guy checkout of the phone routing to make sure there is no issue. I also gave him my personal cell phone number to contact me directly and immediately. Lastly, I profusely apologized to the customer and told him that if for some reason I will not be able to his need by date, that I would absolutely refund his purchase in full.
