Unfortunately I have had to enlist the services of this business too many times. Each time they have been nothing but professional while maintaining a comfortable and caring atmosphere. Andy listened to our concerns and helped with designing beautiful pieces. He even notified my family when he was going to set each piece so we were able to be present. I would recommend working with Andy if you are in need of any of the services they provide.

This company is a rip-off. I paid 500.00 dollars to these people. They told me I had to pay 600.00 to start the headstone. I called because I was going to go somewhere else. I called for my refund and I was giving a check post dated 224. and some change and the check was posted for the 5th of Nov. when I called and said I was coming to get my money the gentleman lied and said he was leaving but when a family member called he said they didn't close until 4:30. This company is a ripoff and never informed me they were getting the concrete done or I wouldn't get my money back.

she has been paying for all most 6 months and she paid us for a job to do, the cemetery charges a fee to put the concrete in for every stone, so we paid the cemetery to do the job we were asked to do, my wife was printing out checks for the week and had the 5 in the computer and accidentally had the 5 in the computer so she he 5 got put on the ck , i said come back tomm and we will have a new ck made. She said no i want my money and i want it now and i am coming down now with the cops to get it , i told her i was leaving ( i Had other customers work to do out in the cemetery) and had a customer stop in and then was not going to leave till 4:30. and if you pay me to do a job we do it we dont tell people we are going to pay the cemetery it is a given as it is a must for every stone. and once half the money is paid we start the process to do a proof and work on the stone as she didn't have half down we did not start on the stone, but we pay the cemetery and tax if enough is paid to cover that as that is not our money. she now has a foundation at the cemetery and when she goes somewhere else she will not have to pay that, so we didn't steal her money. and the lady she had on the phone when as far as to call us racist, as this is not back then the way we were treated then. i can not give money back for something we all ready pay out for the customer. she was rude as was the lady she had on the phone.

This gentleman is telling a story first off. I called he said I have to call you back. The stone total was 1266. I believe, he called me back and said I have 224.53 for you. I said where is the rest of my money, he said we did you a favor and laid the concrete, I said you guys said you wouldn't start until I paid 1/2 which was 600.00. I said if you did me a favor why not call and converse with me about this. He kept over talking me and the lady I had on the phone, I said explain why you didn't contact me as you guys stated when I first came in. Regardless to how many months I paid I paid.....no one ever disclosed 274. would be taken out of my money. After my aunt said you shouldn't have went there his comment was you right you came to the wrong place, I did you a favor, I said I'll get an attorney and get the BBB he said I don't care and when people say that they get nothing. I said give me my money and we will have this situation handled further more. He did act racist by speaking as though we were illiterate when my aunt was asking what the protocol was. I'm assuming it was his wife that told him making comments didn't help the situation. I want my money, then when I called about the check he stated he didn't know how to do them and he was leaving at 3:30 but he didn't realize another family member called and he didn't leave until almost 4:45p. No I'm sorry just rude and bad business.

she doesn't listen so cant say anything to tell a story so i am moving on we have been in business for over 92 years , would not make it that long . we try to give people what they pay for if we get in trouble for doing what we a supposed to do and not call them every time we wright a check or mail one or do what we were paid for so sorry we didn't meat your expectation
