              I leased a 2025 Dodge Ram on April 29th and the check engine light came on the very next morning on my way to work and then went off and was told by Yark if it happened again to bring it in for service a few days later on May 3rd it came back on so I drove it to the dealership and they have had it ever since it’s been almost 60 days they told me they were” checking censors” for 4 weeks at which point I told them I wasn’t waiting any longer that something else needed to be done, they told me that they were at the mercy of Dodge engineers and they had tried everything and gave me a number to start a claim , I did that and it has been another 4 weeks and the dealership is now telling me they now need to tear the engine apart after they told me 4 weeks ago to start a claim to get the vehicle replaced . I received another phone call today from the claims dept. saying they are just now starting the process to get the truck repaired and apparently needs new cams they have told me so Ive given up trying to figure out who is telling the truth . So now I have just made my 2nd payment on a $72,000 truck that I had for 4 days . I should not be obligated to still honor this lease or be forced to drive a new 2025 truck that will have a rebuilt engine .

              BUYER BEWARE. It is not the ****** dealer that you think. Briefly, reserved a vehicle last fall due to arrive in spring. Assured in writing that they would not be marking up the vehicle for local buyers. One week prior to delivery told that they are now going to mark them up $5000 above build price. Obviously, not a decision made by the salesperson. My experience with several of the salespeople has been exemplary. This kind of decision is made at the manager level, or possibly the owners. Not sure if this is a policy of this particular dealer, or the entire Yark Automotive Group, but I want everyone to be aware of the dishonesty involved. I passed up several other opportunities thinking that I could trust their word. Please tell everyone you know. I will be passing the word among both hospitals I am affiliated with as well as everyone online. I will never buy a vehicle again from them ( My family has bought more than 10 vehicles from them over the past 20 years). Anyone considering buying from them beware. Even having it written down doesn't seem to insure they will keep their word.

The deposit you put down was simply taken to allow you the opportunity to purchase this vehicle and there was never any pricing put down in writing.
