    NOT only do they do a Horrible job they are rude intimidating and threaten you when you share the pictures of how bad a job they have done . To start with I agreed to their quote they provided specifically to my home for window washing. After they left I went to check the windows and the windows were worse than before they came. I had scheduled with them a gutter cleaning too. The gutter cleaning package I got was for them to clean and haul the debris. I took pictures of the windows and debris and sent it to them . The owner **** called and said yes that was not right the windows should have been cleaned better and the debris should have been removed. He said he would send someone to clean the windows and the debris. I agreed and informed him that i Understand and as long as the issue was rectified I was fine. Then came the nightmare. an hour or so later I get a call from another ****?? ( ithink it was another **** not sure) who is also from Titan pro wash. He tells me I am calling you to make a deal so that it is a win win for both of us. He said it will take a long time to clean the windows so we wont clean it but will give me half off and not clean it. I then shared with him if you are not cleaning the windows you should reimburse all of it. He then got nasty and started saying how their time was wasted and that I owe them money. at this time I was done. I informed him I really don't care what he does if he gives me half the money or the full or none. I was done talking to him as he was disrespectful threatening and to me more than money it was the threatening language that I did not want to bear with . He was being a bully with me.He then went on to say I googled you and you are a physician I will go give you a bad rating. This was the ultimate bullying when I have never provided any professional services to him or to anyone at Titan prowash. He was just being retaliatory and I as a woman did not feel safe I hung up

    ***, we understand your frustration. However, please share the entire story if you’re going to leave a bad review. You chose our Deluxe Gutter Cleaning package, which includes hauling away the debris and flushing the downspouts. You also chose our Basic Window Cleaning package, which includes cleaning the exterior glass but DOES NOT INCLUDE removing the screens, cleaning the screens or the sills. With the Basic Window Cleaning package, our contract even states – “Please remove screens prior to our arrival.” Once our team arrived on site, they immediately noticed that the screens were not removed. They did ask politely if you’re able to remove them as they were cleaning the gutters. Your response – “I don’t have time for that as I’m a doctor, you guys can do it yourself.” No problem, we typically charge to remove them but, in this situation, – we did not. After our team finished the gutter cleaning, one technician proceeded with cleaning the windows as the other began cleaning the debris that fell around the house. Our waterfed pole that we use for window cleaning had a malfunction and we could not finish the job. Our team informed you that they would have to go back to the shop, fix the malfunction and we’d back on site the following day to finish the job and clean any remaining debris around the house. At this point, you began insulting our team and became extremely belligerent. Threatening to smear our name on Google, informing our team again that you’re a doctor so everyone will believe your word over our team and continuing to insult them because of the equipment failure. Our team was so uncomfortable, that they requested our owner – **** to come back on site with them. Later that evening, you sent photos of various debris around the house via text and continued badgering our staff. **** responded, apologized for the inconvenience and said that he’d call you the following day. The following day, **** arrived on site with the team. They finished the exterior windows and cleaned all debris around the house. **** called to inform you that the job was finished. You then proceeded to inform him that you are unhappy because we did not clean the sills or screens, even though you chose the BASIC WINDOW CLEANING PACKAGE. Once **** explained that it’ll take a few hours to clean the sills and screens, as the sills were full of mud/dirt and the initial quote DID NOT include this – you again, began insulting and threatening to smear our name on Google. Because you were unhappy with the service, **** offered to give you a discount of $200 even though the entire invoice for window cleaning was only $300. You again, began insulting **** and saying it was unfair to charge anything at all even though we cleaned the exterior windows and you chose the basic window cleaning package. We did everything we could in this situation to make it right. Unfortunately, our equipment had a failure the first day, and we came back the following to finish the job. However, we will use this situation to better serve our 99.9% of happy customers moving forward. We wish you nothing but the best, ***. Best Regards, - The Titan Pro Wash Team
