It was a long two months to wait to get a job done only to have them remove it and redo it because they did a really bad job. Not only that but when they came the second time to do it “ correctly” it only turned out just as bad as the first time they did it. Seepictures. I even told them that I would be having an inspector come again to make sure that it was done properly. Unfortunately, it was about the same as the first time they did it. Not only that, but they did damage to my home. I’m wondering with all the people that gave them five stars actually looked at the work that was done. from the ground It looked pretty good but it’s definitely totally not functional the leaves are already getting inside because of the gaps in the mesh half of the screws aren’t even screwed in and the damage to my home is not acceptable.

After a leaking roof caused ceiling damages to the interior of my home, several contractors were contacted and physically shown the problem areas in question to obtain an accurate assessment and pricing for the repair. After a day or so (and due to another leak noticed), my wife and I decided to go with "Integrity Home Exteriors" due to a good BBB rating, the "Integrity" moniker, and the close proximity of the business to our home although the salesman was a little pushy. Now 12 months and 5 visits later, our roof STILL leaks in one of the ORIGINAL areas that had been pointed out as a problem. I have been told by "****" at Integrity that the repairs we were sold were NOT the repairs that we requested and had assessed with much due diligence. TWICE during this ordeal, the second being today 04/12/2024, I was told by the afore mentioned "****" that the repairs made AFTER the installation (due to reoccurring leaks in the original areas of concern) were not included in the agreement leaving the initial issue that I formally physically and verbally expressed unresolved. I quote ************ verbatim: "Where are you experiencing the leak?" I then proceeded to inform him of the unresolved issue and location. The reply I received was: "If it is not the area we first worked on WE ain't gonna fix it". I am no roof expert or even close. I do however work 40+ hours a week and ****** the belief that I should receive the service I express per what is advertised and sold, nothing less. I contacted this business based on an advertised ethos of experience and expertise. I, in no way, expected faulty assessments, poor quick fixes, or to be told "We ain't gonna fix it" after signing for a $10,000+ loan for a repair that was supposedly thoroughly assessed by Integrity. Because of **************** demeanor towards our concerns I wish to have no more contact with this company, however the repair still needs to be made and requesting a partial refund would be an undesirable last resort.

Our sales rep went out and quoted a complete roof replacement. The homeowner was unable to get financed for the complete roof project so he opted to get one half replaced. The roof on the right side of the home was much older so this is the side that was chosen to replace. The replacement was completed in November of 2022. In addition to replacing the roof on the right side of the home, we also flashed the chimneys on the left side of the home as well.

In July of 2023, the homeowner reached out stating that the roof was leaking. We sent a technician out and determined that the leak was on the left side of the home, unrelated to the work that we had performed. Although unrelated, we replaced a large amount of shingles and a pipe flashing as a favor, at no cost, to repair the leaking. This stopped the leaking in this location.

In April of 2024 the homeowner called again with a new leaking area. Once again this was on the left side of the home, unrelated to any work that we have previously done. At this point we are unable to do any additional work at no cost for this customer. We stand behind the 10 year warranty that was given for the work that was performed, but all of the additional issues have been on the side of the home that we did not replace the roof over.

The total amount financed for this project was $6,982
