    Ohio roofing and siding installed a new roof on my house in August 2021. Since that time I have called, emailed, sent pictures and spoken to the office, including *** ***, more than once. The issue related to my new roof is that anytime it rains the rain now falls between my roof and my gutters, all 195 linear feet of them, rather than into the gutters. This was not the case with my old roof. In addition, I have a leak in the roof between my home and my three season room attached to my home. I did not have that leak with my old roof. *** *** has said he knows what the issue is and that he’ll get somebody sent out to fix it but then months go by with no communication. Today I got a quote from a gutter company proposing to fix the issue with my gutters. If Ohio Roofing Siding doesn’t want to address the issue themselves, perhaps they will pay for another company to fix the issues. Quote is $1898. However, the gutter company cannot fix the leak between my house and my three season room. How do I go about getting that addressed? I get dripped on when I stand in the doorway during a heavy rain. I have emailed pictures of the leak. I have my contract which includes, in *** ***’s handwriting, a 10 year warranty for workmanship. It’s been three years. How do I get my problems resolved? The flashing that was put on my roof and house looks as though it could have been done by a child. The grouting is very sloppy. *** had other folks from Ohio Roofing Siding out twice after the initial install to address the appearance of the flashing on the part of the roof that I can clearly see from my patio and it still looks unprofessional in my opinion. Not at all what I expected or even close to pictures the company advertises. Overall, I am very unhappy with the service, the workmanship, and the response from Ohio Roofing and Siding. And, I borrowed a friend’s magnet collector, and picked up at least 50 nails from my yard.

    We had a covering put over our patio about a year ago. We have had problems with leaking, over flow we have water damage I cant sit under part of it or I will get leaked on. Water inside. There are more and more leaks. We have been in contact with the owner. But we aren't getting any answers or return calls. We have pictures and videos of the leaks. He has been paid in full and says things are under warranty. In reality it hasn't been done right since day one. Continues to tell us how busy they are. I should be able to get this work done in a timely manner.I paid for a product and work that has not been up to their standards. Nor mine.

    In March 2019, I contacted Ohio Roofing because a window in the addition they built in 2009 onto our house needed to be replace. The windows are guaranteed for life and the seal had broken for the third. The first time for this particular replace, the window did not fit. The next time, the installer broke the replacement window. Each time, I had to call to see when they were coming to bring the replacement. Now, I have been trying for over a year to get someone to come out to replace the window. I have been informed they have the replacement window. Each time I am told they will have someone call to set up an appointment. On November 18, 2020, we called and told them we wanted to wait to have the replacement installed because of COVID. In the spring of 2021, I called to tell them we were ready to have someone come out. No One Calls. On June 13, 2022, I called again. I was told the office manager would call me back. I asked to have a message left if I wasn't home. No phone call, no message. I also check my phone every day to see if the company has tried to call. NO they have not. I feel we have been very patient. Three years is a very unreasonable amount of time to wait for a the window they have had for over a year or longer! Also, it is very poor business not to return a customer's call.

    Apologies for the lack of communication.  There has been  attempts to correct the window with the seal failure, unfortunately not positive outcomes. The installer has notified me that a new window was ordered and will have to be scheduled with our carpenter.  At this time, we are experiencing transitions in our work force dealing with less staff to take care of the service calls.  I will contact the customer to convey this difficulty with a service date in the near future.
