            DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS‼️ I wish I can give NO STARS! I got some decal work done for my Spa which I was told by the owner she had to pull a permit which is fine. When I ask to see the permit that cost me $200. I was giving the run around about she would give it to me tomorrow well it's 2 months later and I still have yet received the proof not to mention they had to come back four times and fix missing letters from my words my logo decal was put on the wrong window some of the decals was uneven and still has visible bubbles‼️ The owner was the one doing the work and she don't have a clue with putting decals on correctly‼️ I told the owner I wasn't paying my balance until all the problems are FIXED‼️ I came to my Spa today and someone tore off all of my decals from my windows. I do have them on camera and I'm filing a police report to press charges‼️ DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS‼️

            We did go back out and fix an issue we were informed of. As far as the other issues stated we were never notified of them. We reached out to the client several times a week for a month after the work was completed for the balance due on the window vinyl with no return calls or emails from the client. On our layouts and price quotes it states that Glass City Signs owns all signs and vinyl until paid in full. We left a final message that we would be out within a week to pull down the unpaid vinyl if we weren't contacted back to set up payment arrangements.

            *****, you fix one issue out of several! When I ask to see the invoice for the $200 permit that's when communication went bad for weeks. You never wanted to show me the invoice due to you deceiving me on how much it really cost! It's public records when you get a permit and you only paid $45 so why charge me $200! I'm not paying $200 for a permit when it only cost $45 and I don't think anybody would. Also I called you back and I was told you was on vacation. My logo decal wasn't the same colors as my logo with me emailing you the file. As I stated before DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS this was a nightmare from the beginning! Have a nice day 😊

            Also I never signed a layout or did my invoice say you have the right to come to my place of business and vandalize my property. You can't take matters into your hands if business isn't working out. If you had an issue with me why not come to my business when I'm there instead of coming in the middle of the night destroying my property!

            ******* never paid for the signage and we did call several times to get payment . At least four times we talked with her. Four months went by and she never made attempt to pay her bill. I did stop by three times to collect during scheduled times that she was supposed to be open, but no one was there. I removed vinyl off the windows after talking with her two weeks before. My manager told her we were going to remove it. I stop by at 8:30 am not in the middle of the night . I never damaged anything at her location either. She was told we were coming and she refused to pay her balance.

            Debra really I paid $150 as an down payment and I have the proof. It's funny you can respond on BBB but you never respond back when I called you! Also it has been 2 months with me going back and forth with you not fixing the issues you cause by installing the decals! You went out of town for two weeks when I tried to reach out to you. You never come back to fix all of the issues. You charge me $200 for a permit that ONLY COST $45! Where is the integrity as a business owner! You're not an honest person to do business with! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!
