    I have a new construction McCarthy built Villa in The ********** *********** in ******** ****. As we moved in April of 2024 the sprinkler system was installed sometime June just prior to hydro seed being blown on. As the lot next door was vacant we had no knowledge that the entire south side of our homes sprinkler system was installed on the adjacent vacant property, discovering when ground was recently dug for a new home. The sprinkler system’s Main line was severed as well two heads broke or lost in the foundation dig. TBI did a temporary repair as my system still sits in a large hole. As the building progressed it was than discovered that “4 sprinkler heads” were Rotary Heads and with only 14ft between the two home’s blew water inside the two window openings when the sprinkler was running. Obviously the heads should have been Mister Heads so as to only cover the 7ft of my property! Today TBI technician ***** came out and replaced the heads and moved the another head 2ft to remove another sprinkler head from the soon to be driveway of the new construction home. On completion TBI has provided me an invoice of over $180 for repairs and replacement. Again this is 100% TBI Error on initial install.
