    We purchased a used tire for $50 from the business listed. After 4 days the tire was not holding air. We thankfully purchased a 30 day warranty, but when removing the tire to get a replacement or repair we found that they had over torqued the lug nuts and studs causing two of the five to break. At this time we also found out the tire they sold us was 11 years old. After taking the tire to the mentioned business they claimed it was the valve stem not the 11 year old used tire that was the issue and replaced it. We then had to take our car to ********** to have the two lug nuts and studs replaced costing us $280 in repairs.

    Hello my name is ***** ****** * ** *** ***** of Awesome tires. We appreciate your feedback regarding the tire purchase from our business. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and understand your frustration. Upon reviewing the details, we understand that you purchased a used tire from us, which did not hold air after four days. We regret that this happened despite our efforts to ensure that all tires meet acceptable standards. 


    Customer came back with tire only and no car so we were not the ones to remove lug nuts to know if the lugs were over torqued or not but upon checking the tire it had absolutely no leaks come to find out it was their valve stem that was leaking and we also offered to replace the tire if they werent satisfied with it the customer then said no its okay if the tire is fine then dont replace it. We then continued to replace the censured valve stem then the customer brought to our attention about the lug nuts. 


    We told the customer to bring it up and we will take care of it. I also spoke to customer and told her we couldve came out on the spot and fixed it but we werent given the chance to resolve it. Also the customer left a bad review on our ****** page and we responded in the matter of taking care of all repairs needed if we were the ones to ruin the lug nuts.

    The customer did not choose to proceed that way and we do not reimburse repairs done by other businesses. Customer chose to go that route costing them $280 when we couldve done it at no cost if this whole situation is true. We were also shown no images for proof or a quote from the business it was repaired at. However, after hearing your concerns, we will take the necessary steps to review our procedures to avoid future occurrences if this matter was valid. If receipts are provided for a one time offer i am willing to give customer $100 in reimbursement. 

    We value our customers deeply and always want them satisfied and do our best to retain that. We have built a great community of customers and family at our business.
