I purchased a truck from them in September last year. I requested them to install hood mirrors and deer guard in my truck before i take delivery. They added them in my monthly installments. When I went to pick up the truck the mirrors and guard were not installed and the sales person ****** told me they are out of stock. After 4 month of begging them to get me the parts I am paying for every month they got me the mirrors and now the sales person is not answering my called at all to give me updates on deer guard . They are charging me for deer guard every month but I dont have it delivered yet . They told me its out of stock but if I find it then they will order it for me . I called the deleship near my house and they said they have it ! Then the sales person said they order and is no longer answering phone calls . They sare a big fraud . Will will be going to the court for this they waisted so much of my time.

I recently purchased a truck from Pride Truck Sales in late Septembera 2020 Cascadia Freightliner with ******* miles. ****** the purchase, I communicated with *********************, the sales representative, expressing my need for a well-maintained, low-mileage truck with no issues. ********************* presented an offer for the ************************************* ************, I noticed engine and warning lights were on. ***** assured me that their mechanic fixed the issues, and all lights were off during the paperwork process. After the purchase, while driving to *******, the warning lights reappeared, leading me to pull over multiple times. ************************* advice was to turn off and on the engine, but the problem persisted. Upon reaching *****, ******************** couldn't identify issues through computer scanning, advising me to drive more miles to discover potential problems. Unfortunately, after covering ***** miles, the truck experienced a clutch and fuel pump failure in *******, **, costing $7,100 in repairs.According to the mechanic, the initial lights were due to a faulty fuel pump and clutch issues. Despite contacting *********************, he denied assistance, citing the "as is" purchase agreement, and ignored our previous communications during the truck's issues. I've been trying to reach Pride Truck Sales for resolution but faced unresponsive and disrespectful communication. I strongly advise against working with Pride Truck Sales, particularly their ************ and Toledo locations. I'm still dealing with unexpected repair costs and trying to address the situation with little cooperation from the company. Be cautious when dealing with this company and specifically with *********************.
