      We bought 4 appliances from Home Depot on June 28, 2021. Our first delivery date was planned for July 19, 2021. It got delayed 2 weeks later because they didn't receive the appliances yet. Fine. Understandable. July 31, 2021. Two guys show up. They scratch my hardwood floor pulling out the old oven which I did not notice until after they had left. Then, he tells me the refrigerator didn't get put on the truck. That would have been nice to know before I pulled all of my food out of the fridge. Third, he says he can't install the dishwasher and that he needs an EZ mount bracket. Again, would have been nice to know up front. But before he moves on to the next part, he damages my kitchen cabinets. Again, I didn't notice till after he left. Fourth, he says he can't install the microwave because it will stick out further than the old one. At that point it was clear that he just wanted to leave and was making up excuses. Last but not least, the oven is totally beat up and it's clear it had been dropped. Another truck shows up on August 13 to install my dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. These guys are much more pleasant and they get my fridge and microwave installed. The dishwasher is still not installed because it turned out to be a more difficult install. However, they say an EZ bracket is not required contradicting the first boneheads. At this point I'm just happy that 2 of the 4 appliances are installed. On August 28, a new oven shows up, but to my horror it's the same guy that showed up the first time. This time, I see them drop it on the way in and damage one of the leveling feet. At this point, I'm totally fed up with the whole process that I tell them to leave and I'll replace the leveling feet myself. They also do not install the ovens correctly by installing the strain relief that comes with the power cable. This is a fire hazard. Fast forward another couple of weeks and my damage claim is denied because I didn't bring it up before the delivery people left.

      I recently purchased a refrigerator from Home Depot, and they used this company for the delivery. They rushed through the delivery process, did not change the refrigerator door swing as they were supposed to (and outright lied to me when they said they Would check into it and instead just left and didn't come back), and left multiple fingerprints on the doors. Incompetence is bad enough, but rudeness is even worse. I had to waste most of the morning going to Home Depot to try to resolve the issue, and the store sales associate contacted the delivery company, who did nothing and directed them to the manufacturer of the refrigerator (Whirlpool) to have them send out a technician to fix the door swing. This is unacceptable, since the delivery people could have resolved the issue within 10 minutes and instead lied and left. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a delivery company, and I will never do business with a company who utilizes their services.

      These people do not follow through. I ordered a sofa from Wayfair months ago--Freight rite is their local delivery partner. Nov 3 scheduled delivery-no show no call Nov 5 scheduled delivery-no show no call--they had the wrong area code and claimed to have called me for delivery --I got no calls and had corrected the area code with the vendor a week prior. Nov 8 scheduled delivery-no show no call Nov 10 scheduled delivery-no show no call They give random different reasons each time for their incompetence. Nov. 10 reason( I had to call 24 hours later since they do not reach out at all). They have now lost my sofa. But laughably have it scheduled again for delivery tomorrow which will of course never happen. It appears according to Google reviews they have received 1.8 stars out of five. The vast majority of reviews are similar-if not identical to my own experience.

      USPack has failed to deliver an appliance since August 12th 2021, it is now October 29th. The order was placed by ******************** (order # *******) for a GE refrigerator (Model #: GWE19JSLSS). I am filing this complaint and seek help from the Better Business Bureau because the company has failed to deliver on eight occasions and is putting contractors in dangerous working conditions without any accountability. I have been forced to take time off of work for delivery windows of 6 hours on 8 different occasions. I understand the local warehouse in LA was damaged in hurricane Ida. But the representative and managers I've spoken to have made it extremely difficult to resolve the issue. If the refrigerator was misplaced, damaged or lost then I just need to know so that a new one can be ordered. I have collectively spent over 23 hours on the phone, on hold, trying to have this issue resolved.
