Home Depot used this carrier to deliver a double vanity. Arrived a day later than stated, after 8pm, and no phone call prior. Left on driveway standing on its end where it got rained on and once opened, the top was cracked down the center. Now the back and forth with Home Depot to get this picked up and replaced. I don't understand how Home Depot keeps any customers while working with this joke of a company. They falsified shipping events multiple times, saying it was out for delivery from a town less than an hour away, every day for almost a week. Claimed they delivered something that was never delivered. Claimed that we put in a customer change request and that we scheduled and rescheduled deliveries multiple times, never did. The shipping company never had any contact with us, whatsoever. Eventually we had to just cancel the order because it was obvious they never had any intention of delivering it. The current status is that they claim one piece of the order is currently out for delivery so it can't be cancelled. I'm guessing that's why they just say it's out for delivery every day so that rightfully angry customers can't cancel their orders. Negative stars if I could. Definitely will never order from Home Depot again as long as they're working with this shipper.Review from Jay S

So I don't know about the one reviewer from NY I guess you were the lucky one. I've order twice from HD to receive a lawn tractor. First one goes great until it reaches Secacus NJ. Then it dissappear. Weeks go by nothing. Not even a delivery date. HD supervisor finally tells me your not getting it becasue USPack claims they never received it. Really. Ok I'll try again. The customer service rep warned me that this may happen again are you sure you want to order. Think about that. The company selling the item says buyer beware to a customer. Umm yeah that's bad. So I try anyway. Everything goes great until it reaches Secaucus NJ. This time I get a delivery date. I get a phone call 6pm the day before saying your item will be delivered on the 25th of May. The day comes and goes. No phone call. No email. No update. No reschedule. So it's about to be two weeks since delivery date and no update from anyone. I call numbers and get nothing but voice mails and hang ups. TWICE I ordered and you tell me they lost 2 giant lawntractors. That way 900 ibs. Come on now. What is going on. Can someone please look into this company. Especially Secacus NJ location. The Bermuda Triangle of freight.Review from Jay E

Scam company. Zero communication whatsoever and they have a Non working phone number so no way to get to the bottom of issues or get an update. Item not delivered. Not even wayfair can get ahold of them. Just a bunch of thieves.Review from Sandi C

I seemed to have a better experience than most (if not all?!) of the reviews here! I ordered a large tool chest from Home Depot for my significant other's birthday ... no way would I be able to pick up a 200 lb chest myself ... USPack texted me about 2 days prior to scheduled delivery confirming the delivery date and asked if I wanted to change it - I was able to change it to a later date the same week in which I was off of work fairly easily on their website - the day of, the deliverer called me when he was approx 30 mins away. I paid for the chest to be placed in the garage, which it was. All in all my experience was good, I just wish USPack was more communicative during the entire shipping process/ sent you updates more frequently... I had to call Home Depot to get the actual tracking # from US Pack and then I was able to monitor the progress on their tracking feature. I live in NY, maybe other states it is worse...? There is absolutely no customer service. Was told from wayfair scheduled to be delivered between 7 and 11 am. Could reschedule nor talk to anyone so went ahead and took half a day off, and to my surprise no call nor table. Called customer service and to be placed on hold for 8 mins then sent to vm. Called more than 8 times and no response. Still no table nor refund yet. Trash company, don't know how they can have a A+ with the Bbb with horrible result from customers. This company is horrible. They called me on a Monday to schedule a delivery which was scheduled for Friday. We take off work and wait from 9-1. No one shows up and we call the company and they forgot the order. I said I wanted the order that day because we took off work and they said it would be too much for the driver to go pick it up ad bring it. SO we can be inconvenienced but the company who was supposed to provide the service can't be inconvenienced. Then the woman says she will call me back and she never does. Horrible customer service, horrible delivery service, ordered a all home generator for my house after a house fire forced us to rebuild. Ordered it 12/21/22 from Hime Depot, expected delivery date was 12/30/22, got an email saying it was delivered to US PACK, on 12/29 in Indianapolis at 4:41 am. This is 1/6/23, still no delivery, can't reach anyone at Indianapolis warehouse, call goes to a different warehouse, they forward it to Indy, sometimes it cuts you off and sometimes you get a VM, (which they never return your call.) A couple of ladies have looked up the tracking number instead of transferring the call and they say it isn't there. The online store says it could be there sitting in a trailer that they haven't unloaded, which I think that is what's going on. This delivery is holding up the electric inspection, the dry wallers, everything is at a stand still, until this piece is delivered. I will never buy from Home Depot again either, as long as they use this transport company.Review from Allison K

I cannot stress enough how unprofessional this delivery service is. Here's another review that says "if I could give 0 stars, I would." I ordered a couch through AllModern (a subsidiary of Wayfair, which I didn't know at time of ordering), and delivery was scheduled for a Saturday with a window of 3:45 - 7:45pm. Saturday came and went with no phone call, email, text, or anything about my delivery from anyone other than Wayfair, saying it was "on its way." I could not get in touch with anyone at USPack despite dozens of phone calls and emails. I eventually got in touch with someone at the New Jersey location who said they don't ever work on Saturdays. Wayfair/AllModern was APPALLED at this and has been working with me so I can receive my couch. Monday evening I receive an email from customer service at Wayfair that says USPack reached out saying delivery was rescheduled for Wednesday with no delivery window. I am unable to take time off and need an evening delivery. I called Tuesday to try to get information to no avail but leave voicemails stating I will not be available prior to 5pm on Weds. Wednesday comes and I receive an email at 6am stating I'll get a delivery between 7-11am. I call - no answer. I arrive at work and later at 9:30am I get a call saying they're 20 minutes away. They are shocked that I am not available even though I called to let them know I needed to reschedule. He asks if I can do a Saturday delivery - EVEN THOUGH THEY DON'T WORK. He is unable to confirm a delivery on Saturday anyway. I am so disgusted and am 100% sure I will never receive my expensive couch. This business needs to be shut down - I have no idea how Wayfair/AllModern uses their services, but even though their customer service is wonderful, it reflects so poorly on them to be utilizing USPack.
