5 starsFrom sales to service, my experience with Renewal by Andersen of Northwest Ohio was excellent! *******, Sales **** discussed with us our goals relating to windows and reviewed his suggestions. We ended up going with those suggestions (which include UV protection layer in our front room window and casement for our bathroom and kitchen). I expected 12 weeks before the windows were ready, but they were ready in 3! Installation took 2 days, as expected, and ***** and **** completed a fantastic install! They worked incredibly well as a team from removal, install, finishings, and clean up. Both gentlemen were professional and walked me through their process during both days.Right away, the quality was noticeable (well, our old windows were nearly 40 years old). I look forward to opening our windows to let the fresh air in and not having to worry about issues come winter!Quality company, quality team members. Would recommend to anyone.Review fromSoraia T

i never thought i would have polite respectful workers not to mention perfect installers . I had things done to my house before , but changing my front door and my bedroom windows gave me a happiness feeling like no other home improvement gave me . ***** * , i can not spell his last name is a great negotiator, cannot wait to finish paying so i can do my sliding patio doors

5 starsI had some problems with ******** Renewal windows that were 20+ yrs old and I called ******** Renewal of ******* and they came to my home and checked out the windows, ordered the parts I needed, and got them to me in a timely manner and the problems went away. 5 starsI replaced 5 large windows of different types two ******* ago and they work seamlessly. A crew of two arrived on schedule and completed the installation in less than a day, leaving everything spotless. The following day I noticed that one of the handles was different from what I'd ordered, so I called and they came back to promptly replace it with the right one. 5 starsMy Renewal by Andersen experience was nothing short of terrific. ****** ***** is a consummate professional who helps make the process seamless. The product speaks for itself and is clearly the highest quality on the market. ***** and his crew completed the install in a timely manner and cleaned up fully after the project. 5 starsExcellent customer service with ******. We bought new Andersen windows 20 years ago. Some of the molding was coming off. **** replaced all our molding for free. He did an amazing job. Very clean job. Thanks **** for all your hard work. So happy we chose Andersen windows 20 years ago. They definitely stand by their product.
