Working with Edgepark has been a horrendous nightmare. I have tried for close to 3 months now to get CGM supplies. Despite giving them lab results they still want more paperwork which they claim they have contacted my doctor about. There is zero communication from this company either, no follow up, or sense of urgency on their part to make things right. Unfortunately my insurance company outsources to this company only... to say I am losing my patience with Edgepark would be an understatement.Edgepark Medical Supplies

Order delays are frustrating. We understand there are sometimes circumstances that may delay a customers order, but it doesnt take away from the stress that delay may cause our customers. We never want our customers to feel surprised when they receive a bill from us and are sorry to hear about this. We work closely on every order with each customers insurance provider to determine ahead of the order being placed what the out-of-pocket cost may be to the customer and communicate that accordingly prior to shipment. For many of our products, we also offer an online tool in which customers can check insurance coverage prior to placing an order and our customer service teams are also able to assist over the phone.Review fromMike K

I strongly advise no one to use this company. The bottom line with this company is money. Ive use this company for three years because thats the company the hospital referred me to now that I just turned 65 and its marinated that you get on ******** this company will not take ******** And my secondary insurance which also mandated that they take it by the federal government. But for the last three months, I order my products and supplies that I need in order to be able to live every month. Its a fight to get my orders they call I order it. They tell me when its gonna be here then they call to confirm the order and the next day they call to say they were canceling my order. Then I called ********. They have a spokesperson who calls them up then they call me back and say my Supplies will be here and you should have no problems so then the next time I need supplies thing same thing. And I have to call ******** again. This is very inconvenient but when I had my insurance prior to this, it was no problem and they took that money so this is not the company you want to go with.Edgepark Medical Supplies

I require ostomy supplies as a result of colon cancer surgery and treatment and have been getting the runaround from Edgepark about getting my supplies shipped for a couple of months. They keep telling me they dont have a new Rx from my doctor even tho my doctor has sent it several times and I participated in a phone call at my doctors office with my doctor and Edgepark where they confirmed they received my new Rx. I spoke with ******** today and they said Edgepark has not been billing them for the skin barriers. I desperately need supplies and Edgepark is totally incompetent.Edgepark Medical Supplies

I keep getting phone calls from different phone numbers, no matter how many times I block them stating that ** getting deliveries when I dont have an account with them and they wont take me off their calling list. They said my phone number was attached to an account which at this point is fraud, and they will not disconnect it from that account. Absolute nightmare of a company to work with. From not submitting my claims to insurance to having a different price for my supplies every-time I go to reorder my supplies, that I need to stay alive, mind you. I cannot advise anyone voluntarily use this company.I have called 4 times for my current specific order and each time has been a new price. There is no continuity of care, I have to explain the situation every time I call. This has to be one of the worst customer service companies with which I've ever dealt. I can't think of a worse experience I've had in my 60 years. The "outsourcing" of their customer service magnifies the poor service and communication.There are many companies in the medical supply business. I would recommend any of their competitors. It is frustrating when you cant get the answers you need, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Whenever we receive complaints regarding interactions with our agents, we review them internally, including using the calls between our agents and customers as training opportunities. 1 starDO NOT order medical supplies through Edgepark Medical unless this is your only option due to insurance requirements. It's difficult to set up the initial order; and if an issue arises as part of the account set up process, it never gets fixed. Delivery time is another issue. There is almost always a delay from the time the order is submitted, processed, and finally shipped. Our son is a Type 1 Diabetic and received Dexcom sensors through Edgepark for several years. We stopped using Edgepark due to insurance, processing, and shipping issues/delays, he would run out of sensors and we would have to pay out of pocket for sensors at ********** We spent more money on sensors each year than if we had paid the higher prescription cost at **********There is no accountability to United States consumers as Edgepark is owned by holding entities who operate on the fringe of SEC regulations by being licensed off-shore and have no interest in the medical field other than extracting equity from purchased corporations. Yes, Edgepark licensed to do business in *****************, but....
