    I buy a car 3 weeks ago and the car stop working an I been calling the car place they said they can't help but the mechanic said they had to know the transmission was bad on the car when they sold it to me because there's no way it was start running in 3 weeks and the same day I got the car to check engine light came on and I called prom Auto and told them and then when I finally got the car fixed they said the transmission was bad and I might how I just got this car I didn't even had two weeks yet how's the transmission bad but they said it because you bought it bad and I'm like that's possible so the people show me a faulty car knowing the transmission with bad

    We purchases this on 1/19/25 drove 6 hours each way check engine light came on on way home. Took it to a chevy dealer who said it would run $1400 to diagnose the issue we called dealer they said that's crap nothings wrong with vehicle and ignored out calls. Vehicle has been in a shop for 6 weeks now took it to a different place they broke engine down and it's gonna run $4300 to fix could be more. Wife called them again today and as soon as she said her name the guy said oh and hung up on her. They gave us a warranty without us asking and charged us for it and they said it's the best around we'll apparently they may cover $1000 of the repair that's it. We have put less then 1500 miles on this vehicle and 500 of that was driving back.

    Purchased 3-10-2025 The whole car is totaled the frame is bad there is no catalytic converter check engine light on sub frame broken asked for my money back was told no they offered to put me in another car i test drove the other cars they all were in bad condition. I have more pictures of the car that i purchased and the codes for the car was told it was unsafe an not legal to sell someone a car like that.

    Sold a car without disclosing issues with the car. Had the car for 5 days and it stopped starting. Had damages costing $6,500+ to fix including engine issues (timing chain, tensioner, guides, and ex timing sprocket), brakes and rotors need replaced, tires need replaced. None of which was disclosed. Warranty purchased also refused to cover any damages due to them being pre existing issues. Car dealership stated it has extensive issues. Come to find out this auto place has been sued 15 times for similar issues so this is obviously a consistent issue. They also issued me a registration for the completely wrong car, they have sent the correct one in the meantime. It also appears to have been salvaged per the ******** ********* ***** ****** and this was also not disclosed.

    Bought a vehicle in 2018 or 2019. I have a bill of sale that states I own the vehicle and owe nothing. There is no security or loan agreement and never has there been. The owner of this company refuses to release the lien on the title still.

    On February 19th ,2024 I went to prime auto and purchased a 2013 Ford Escape they wanted 6900 but at the time I could only give 5000 and was due to come back within a month for the remainder. On February 24th the car started showing a battery light and everything stopped working: I had a mechanic come on February 25th and he indicated that it was the battery and possibly the alternator. I reached out to Prime Auto that day and the guy ***** said he would have someone call me back.The battery was 8 years old so I purchased a brand new one. The car started working with the new battery. I don’t drive much but to my children’s school which is 3 minutes away and come back home because I work from home. On February 28th the oil change light came on so I decide to get an oil change I find out that my car lights are completely disconnected and there are no bulbs. By the time I got back home the battery light popped back on and the car died again. I reached out to ***** again telling him what’s going on and he said the same thing I’ll have the owners reach out rushing me off the phone. I can’t drive the car

    We purchased a vehicle and had it inspected by a mechanic to look at the frame the was rusted through by the trailing arm bracket, and also other areas of the frame. They also painted the rockers with undercoating to make it look like they were not rusted. We brought vehicle back and returned it because it was dangerous to drive, and asked for our money back, but Alex refused and said we could have credit, but we refused because of the deceitfulness.

    Made purchase on 12/28/23-01/02/24 Freightliner MT45 miles 101,000 Bad business practices, Never drove the truck, and prolonged production and returns to avoid responsibility. Purchase vehicle from Prime Auto Sales 12823 CLEVELAND AVE NW | UNIONTOWN, OH 44685 for $7,700. The vehicle was being shipped to from Ohio which the salesman and the owner reassured me that the truck was in fully operational order. I spoke with the owner at delivery about the headlights and other lights not working , possible wiring issues, excessive smoking from vehicle , brakes , and etc. The salesman Pete ******** assured me that he would make it right and get it checked out from mechanic. I got the truck towed to a ********* (**** ******* *** ***** ********** ** *****)mechanic that specializes in the make and model of the truck. After having the mechanic look at the issues to get the operating properly and inspection would be more than what I paid for it approximately $24,000. I explained to the Prime Auto sales (Pete and Alex) that I would need my money back or exchange the item for something to equal value verbally they agreed to only fix the brakes initially which I explained that would be good enough being that I had a 1 month warranty that he agree to. He didn’t want to pick the truck back up from the mechanic with a new shipper or replaced. It seemed as though he was prolonging get the truck fixed or exchanging so I had the truck shipped back by ******** trucking company to them . After shipping the truck back on my own expense he refused to receive the truck back. The tow trucker had to drop it off at the nearest police station. Officer ****** called stating that the Prime has the truck back inside Auto lot’s possession. I just would like my money back at this point for complete bad behavior and business practices.

    On Friday November 3, 2023 I purchased a 2001 **** ***** ***** **** AS-IS in the amount of $4,500 cash, with assurance from the seller that the only issue is the exhaust. The seller (Prime Auto) hand wrote a 30 day warranty on the contract for engine and transmission only. Upon receipt of the vehicle I drove it straight to *** Air to have a inspection completed to confirm that the only issue was the exhaust. On November 6th *** Air completed their inspection and found multiple issues total over $13K to just make the vehicle safe to drive. I was told it was a miracle that I made it from Uniontown to Wickliffe without getting into an accident because the front end suspension is all rotted out. It was also discovered that the engine light had been tampered with and will not turn on to see what possible issues there could with the engine. I called the dealership to share the details from the inspection and sent them the detail inspection report to see if they could help in anyway. They were not receptive and open to helping so I asked for a refund of my $4,500 They are no longer answering any of my calls or text. I never got an opportunity to drive the vehicle home, it is still in the shop and I am very skeptical about driving it back to Uniontown due to all of the safety issues. At this point I would just like to have my money returned. Knowing that the repair cost engine and transmission included would be well over the $4,500 I paid I feel it would be fair for them to return my money as I do not think that they will invest any money into fixing the vehicle. As of today 11/06/2023 3:41 I have reached out several times phone and text for a resolution and they are not responding. I would just like to have my money returned.

    Bought a truck on 8/18/23. Bought extended warranty for repairs. My son was experiencing issues with the power steering. I made an appointment at a local garage. They notified me of severe frame rust. They sent a video. Said it was unsafe to drive. I contacted the dealer. They said they would take care of it. He said I must bring it in. I said the garage said it’s not safe. He said have it towed. I said that is not my bill. He said he would tow it. Days went by, trucked wasn’t picked and Alex wasn’t responsive. On 9/23/23, I drove to the dealership. There were a group assembled waiting for Alex to show up. We all started talking. We were talking about our issues with the vehicles we bought from them. We were all contacting Alex. Justin. And the ******** page. Alex said he had a family emergency and was trying to get there. I had arrived around 10:30ish. Someone showed up, Peter, I think. There was a group of us that headed to the office. I spoke first. Guy said to bring in the truck, they will fix it. Other gents started talking to the guy about their issues. Things got out of hand. Lots of yelling and then a thud. Other customers came out as a woman was entering asking if someone was ok. I spoke to them as well as other customers that were standing in a group. We were all discussing our situations as the same woman that checked on the sales guy. She heard all of us discussing the bad business dealings were we’re having. I went back into ask the sales guy if Saturday was ok to drop off the truck. Alex was there, he told Peter no and me to get off the property. He was yelling obscenities at me in front of my kids. He said he wasn’t fixing anything that I was trying to ruin his Business. He said it’s my problem. He will not help me. He said everything is as is. I said no i purchased the warranty. He said have them do it. I said you won’t send me my warranty. He said he would send it as he was screaming to get the F off his property. He sold me an unsafe vehicle,
