    I received a $200 LEGO set from Power Merchandisers. The product was advertised as being new. However, when I received the product, the box had been opened and retaped together on both ends. I contacted Power Merchandisers and they told me that they shipped a new product and the problem was the shipping company. They then gave me the run around and eventually told me that I have to deal with the shipping company to resolve the issue. Since I did not arrange for the shipping, if the problem is with the shipping company (which I find hard to believe) Power Merchandisers should handle it an not me. To me, this is clearly a case of misrepresentation by advertising a previously opened product as being new.
