    kitchen remodel completed in spring 2021 one year later started having issues with the grout where it meets the counter top started to crack and chip away called november 2022, a few weeks before thanksgiving, unable to schedule anything, told scott we would be out of town for the holidays and he said call back when we get back in town called several times to schedule, mike who is the only guy available took a long time to respond to emails then proceeds to give my husband and one day and time that he would come to our home, did not ask us if this day and time worked, did not discuss with us any days of the week or times that would be ok for him to come over, as my husband and i both have jobs that we cannot just be home at any minute continued to call and leave vm's for the owner scott, he never returned any calls i spoke with a lady at the front desk, it was not lynn, and while i expressed my frustrations she told me scott was out for the week and she would make sure he called me on monday when he was back (1/16) no word from scott, called the next day and he was not there, called again a few days later and no scott again would like to get the grout fixed/repaired owner does not seem to care about his business reputation or his customers, would never recommend them, poor quality of work

    I see that we are on schedule to come out this Thursday to caulk the area of concern. We tried on many occasions to come out in the past, but I was told we could only do Thursday`s so that is why it took so long to schedule a date.As for the cracking where the tile meets the countertop this is a normal thing especially on outside walls. Tell us why here...

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]

    I disagree with their response, no one attempted to work with neither I nor my husband, **** ********* responded to an email and only gave us one day and time that HE would come out, did not ask either myself or my husband if that day or time worked with us, it has been very difficult working with them, no response for days, i work from home on Thursdays so this is the only day of the week that I can be home, other days they did not seem to work with us for dates and times, as for their answer regarding tile work, I have had many friends and families in the CLE area have their kitches redone with outside walls and not one of them has had any issues with grout.
