One year Worry Free Labor Warranty on new installations. Ten year transferrable WaterFurnace Residential equipment parts warranty for Series 500 two stage and Series 700 variable speed geothermal systems. WaterFurnace labor allowance warranty provided with Series 500 and 700 systems is for 5 years with option to purchase an extended labor allowance warranty for up to 10 years. (Labor allowance warranty is designed to reduce the customary labor charges for the replacement of warranty components. In many cases the labor allowance will cover 50 to 60% of the customary labor charge but is not designed to cover 100% of any and all warranty related service).
WaterFurnace Series 300 systems carry a two year parts and service warranty and 5 year refrigeration component warranty. An optional five year parts and labor allowance warranty is available for Series 300 geothermal systems .
