    I went into Ron’s vape shop on 12/1/2022 and purchased a vape device and after a day the device quit working so I brought my receipt and the defective device back to Ron’s vape shop on 12/3/2022 to get the issue resolved( I just wanted a replacement device) and the worker there said she cannot authorize returns and said she will have to call Ron and when she called him he tells her I must have done something to the device and that was it…Ron never seen the device for himself and refuses to help with solving my issue When I left a comment on their facebook page he tells me there is no law stating he has to refund me for something I may have broken so he admitted he doesn’t know if I broke it or it’s defective or not I’m just stuck with it now and out $65.00

    THIS INDIVIDUAL DID PURCHASE A DEVICE AT MY STORE AND A FEW DAYS LATER WANTED TO RETURN IT.
    I WAS NOT ON SITE WHEN HE TRIED TO RETURN IT THOUGH MY EMPLOYEE CONFIRMED IT WAS NOT WORKING AT THE TIME OF RETURN, I SOLD IT TO HIM 
    ORIGINALLY AND THE DEVICE WAS IN BRAND NEW WORKING ORDER. WHILE THE DEVICE WAS NOT PHYSICALLY DAMAGED
    I CAN'T RULE OUT THE HE HAD DROPPED IT INTO WATER. MY POLICY IS NO RETURNS ON THIS TYPE OF DEVICE. PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKES AND WHAT NOT 
    ALL THE TIME AND IF I EXCHANGED EVERYTHING FOR EVERYONE IN QUESTIONABLE SITUATIONS I WOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.
    I OFFERED THIS FELLOW A CREDIT TOWARDS ANOTHER DEVICE BUT HE WANTED ALL OR NOTHING.
    I WORK WITH ALL OF MY CUSTOMERS IF THESE CIRCUMSTANCES ARISE.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The business owner did NOT sell me the item his employee did and she told me to take the receipt just in case of any issue and the business owner did not offer me any store credit…see attached pic
