      Bought a car on 10/29/2021 have made numerous attempts to obtain title they told me I had to contact bank the bank never returned my calls went back to dealership yesterday and they tell me previous owner has not paid the loan off they had on this car so they can't get the title. How can they sell a car that they really don't own. I am tired of getting the run around from Wapak Ford would just like to return this car and get my money back.

      I purchased a 2018 chevy cruze from wapak ford on Nov 13 2021. At that time, without emailing me or calling me first on the car having a broken windshield very broken windshield prior to me driving 90 miles to get the car they then tell me that on Monday the 15th they will make a call to Safelite to have my broken windshield fixed that is not the case of what happened actually it was another company that they ended up calling who does not travel to Michigan in Livonia where my job actually is but I do live in Toledo Ohio after several text messages to Ford Wapak and asking for the real manager or owner of the dealership I was completely ignored on top of that after getting the loan and processing the paperwork the finance manager told me that I had to get a $3,000 warranty or I would not get the loan I really don't believe that and I guess I should have stopped everything right then and there right at the broken windshield says they didn't tell me that but the car was very nice and the car was at a decent price and I was desperate I needed a car ASAP that part was my fault but I do not like it that they will not give me the information of the owner and or top manager of the dealership so that I can file a formal complaint to that person the car was left empty the card also oil change was only half which I was under the understanding it would be a full tank of gas and a complete new oil change so I'm very upset about the dealership and my windshield and I've made numerous attempts to contact them now all of a sudden I'm no one to them I want to speak to the owner of the dealership
