    Very very poor does not live up there ads ran on tv to promote there business !! OVER! 3 months ago I went in to the store spoke with a female sales person asked the sales woman is the Far East side of ********** out of your service area answer was No , okay great very interested in a kitchen remodel instructed to go home take some measurements and pictures of our kitchen and text pictures back no problem I did so , Instructed to have my wife call set up an appointment to come in okay my wife went in to the store on appointment day picked out materials for remodel and was told we will call you with an estimate in about 3 weeks okay , Well that was in April after no response placed multiple calls to them in *** was told sales person was sick okay sorry to hear that ! Calls were placed again in June again no follow up on calls from anyone at MKAB FROM APRIL TILL NOW !!!!!! Must not have wanted our business or possibly work for people living on the Eastside of ********** , What would you think we surely have the money really dont appreciate them wasting my time but dont waste my wifes time I do not appreciate it at all !!!!! Extremely poor way to do business , if you live in a certain local and maybe you should asked if your business is welcomed to them just asking what are you left to think with no response from anyone in the whole place .!!!!!!! ****************

    My bathroom remodel started on 3/14/2022 and I was told it would take 1 week to complete. The first issue was the wrong size shower door was ordered. I was told it would take 2 weeks to arrive and they would expedite the process. It took over a month for the door to arrive. I was then told that the installer was on another job and I would have to wait. (The job was paid in full). I also discovered a leak in my basement. I was told that this was our responsibility and "things happen". I had to call a plumber out and pay the invoice. The plumber said the installer did not tighten the pipes and it caused the leak. We were stuck with paying the plumber invoice. When he came to install the shower door they discovered that the wrong size shower door had been ordered AGAIN for the 2nd time. The installer tried to go Lowes and buy something to "make it work". This is very unprofessional and it doesn't live up to the companies reputation (so I thought). I explained to them that I wanted professional work because I paid professional prices. When I called the company to ask for updates on my shower door being delivered, they acted like I was bothering them. They never called me on their own with a update. They had no compassion, nor did they care that I had been waiting 3 months for something that was their mistake. My door was finally installed on 6/13/2022. 3 months for a job that was to only take 1 week. The company never called and asked was I satisfied with the work. No apology for my experience. NOTHING! I never spoke with them about my final issue because I was scared that my bathroom wouldn't be complete. The installer smoked marijuana at my home on two different occasions that I knew of. My children even smelled it. One of the times it was so bad my entire upstairs smelled like it and I had to leave my home. I work at a correctional facility and I was so scared that the scent would get in my clothes before I went to work.
