    March 25 2024 tuck and point two chimneys new crown on both add new flu on both chimneys. March 26 2024 rain all day.Notice large chimney leaking inside attic March27 go up on roof and see the crown is cracked on large chimney and is very uneven and flus are not matching height and crooked. i have stainless steel caps that sit on top of flus that were all even.************************** smashed the caps wire around the chimney flu so they look even from ground.April 2 call. no call back April3 call. no call back.April 15 text said com thursday. April 25 are yougoing to replace the crown. reply yes we will next week.May 17 text you said you replace the crown on chimney 2weeks ago. reply to much going on i can send somone middle to end next week. No one came. ************************* should refund so i can have the cracked crown replace in the amount of 600. dollars.

    We spent 7+ hours at His house doing a full tuck point and crowns on his chimneys. He sat up on the roof and watched my crew and I work the entire time. Kept asking questions constantly and disturbing my workers as they were trying to do their jobs. Also I see he complained about a chimney cap. Ive been putting caps on the same way for 12 years. This is what we do everyday, he does not. He complained constantly and we still did what he asked. We even added extra work for no charge on other part of his house. Work was done and he was fine afterwards. He also purchased a ticket to my boxing event after the job. His roof is leaking and he is trying to put blame on someone. *** talked to him multiple times and he doesnt understand people are busy. A job was completed and he was happy that day. I will not refund his money.

      THE ***** on chimney is cracked two days after he replaced it. When i talked to MR ************ he said he was sorry and would replace it

      On April 15 ************************* said he could get me in on thurs. Never came. April 25 text ************************* Good luck Saturday wishing you well. he had live boxing at metroplex'
    Are you going to replace the crown on chimney that you did has cracked. Reply yes next week. Never came. May 17 2024 text *** you said would replace crown two weeks ago that you did March 25 2024.Reply i can send someone middle to end next week.Never came. At no time had I ever told ************************* or any employee how to do there job. This is been going on back and forth way to long. Started back in March now into June.

    I can get one of my guys there to grind the small crack and fill with mortar as soon as we can, weather depending. And yes he was telling an employee of mine what to do that has been doing this 25+ years.

    ************************** told me he would replace the crown and was sorry that it cracked. And *************** once he said by the end of the following week. He is not holding true to his word.
