            On July 4th, I made an online purchase for products worth $170.16 at midnight. I arrived at the store to collect my order at 12:15 pm, but I did not complete the payment process until 1:19 pm. Upon reaching the dispensary, I was informed that there had been a website error that caused certain items to be marked down incorrectly. As a result, my total amount increased to $222.00.I kindly request clarification on how I was initially quoted one price, which should have been honored as the final amount, only to later have to remove some of the products I needed due to an error on your part. It appears that I was not the only customer affected by this issue. I have attached screenshots of my original order and the revised order that I had to place in order to maintain the original quoted total.I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that customers are not inconvenienced or misled by such errors in the future.             Prices are fine, but wouldnt return if there was a close alternative. They had the wrong picture on their site so I ordered the wrong thing. They had the correct name on the listing so part of its on me, but Im new to this and dont know what any of the stuff is called. The products are boxed the same so I didnt notice anything. When I called them they basically said tough luck. They said they were gonna change the picture but that doesnt help me. Employee I spoke with was polite and sympathetic but whoever is in charge doesnt prioritize customer service. If the site was listed correctly it wouldnt have happened. An appropriate response would have been to fix the mistake.
