Had exhaust work done, no problem. Took it in to get ball joints on both sides done and tie rod, but they pulled the ball joint completely through the wrong way starting on the passenger side and called me. With me bringing my own parts it was supposed to be $200. So I went down to see what was going on and had them stop on any further repairs but had to pay for a new control arm that they messed up and had to pay $166. Plus labor and tax totaling $290. because I wanted a receipt and my old parts because Im taking them to small claims. I even wrote on the receipt paid in full under protest. I tried talking to them about that they screwed the control arm up pressing the ball joint out and that I shouldnt have to pay but they insisted that no matter who would of done the work the control arm would of got damaged and then asked me if I wanted them to do the other side. I had to pay the $290. To get my car out when it should have only been $85. For putting in the one ball joint, which was right before Christmas which took money out of my pocket for Christmas gifts. But what if I was someone else who couldnt of afford to pay the bill which is one of the reasons for me taking them to court.
