Contractor did a botched job on putting up privacy fencing. Contractor did not pull a permit nor did he call to find out if digging was OK. Fence is falling down. Post are not cemented in the ground properly nor are they 36 inches in the ground. contractor came out and said it was a real bad job and that he took pictures. **** stated that he would be back to take the fencing down and refund my money. I paid half upfront and the balance was supposed to be on completion. Damage fencing was put up. Fence is 1/8 inches thick. I was not home when he was putting the fencing up he called me at work and said he needed 1000 more dollars to pay his guys and that he was just about done and the job would be completed the next day. I gave him thousand dollars thinking that the job was complete except for the gate. Old fencing was used. Pieces do not meet, Big gaps where the Fencing is supposed to meet together. Fence is not straight. I cannot get a time when he is going to come out and take down the fence and refund my money. I explain to him what I wanted. I even sent him a picture of what the fencing should look like I told him I wanted it to look like ******** fencing. I told him ******s had the panels on sale for $54. I would like the fencing taken down and my refund of $3670. I signed a contract with the company through get ********** after I signed the contract I tried to go back in and get a copy of the contract it would not let me because the email that he sent it through from his ****** and it ended in .con.
