            I placed an order on ***************** for a reduction priced item. I purchased 10, there was no minimum requirement. I was being charged $20.00 for ***** ground delivery for 65 oz of product. It was 2 days that I did not recieve tracking info so I emailed customer service requesting tracking info. The email was transfered a few times internally before I received a final email stating my order was placed on hold and i was required to call in to provide additional information? Red flag for a consumer! I was informed that they had a glitch in their system although my CC was immediately charged. I'm waiting for confirmation that my order was canceled after i spoke to a rep complaining that i dont trust Rural King charging policies and costs. I will also advise that consumers snap a picture of the item they are buying at a store because on countless times in *******, IN location after reviewing my receipt, I have been over charged. It's too bad, I like Rural King but they have poor IT technology. That is a major security risk to consumers.
