I bought a vehicle 7/13 wasn't made aware they didn't have the original key for the vehicle until I signed paperwork and was about to drive off. I didn't see where to lock vehicle A* told me I would have to pop the cover off the look prior to exiting and entering the vehicle and that I would have to buy a key. 7/14 went out to go to the store the car wouldn't start they told me it's probably the battery try to jump the car ask a neighbor to jump it etc I am 19 first time buyer I have them 2500 down payment for a 2020 Kia soul. I went back and forth went them 7/15 they decided it was the key that's making the car not start so their solution was to disarm the anti theft so she could drive the car and we should get with the neighbors to form a watch group 7/17 mechanic comes to disarm the alarm mechanic says they have to provide a key they can't sale a car with broken belts in the tires that's dangerous. The car starts I'm at work while this is being done my mom keeps me updated.i drive my mom to work that night at 7pm a 2 min drive go back home fix her lunch take it to her and go back home for a min go back outside car wouldn't start I notified the company again they insisted that I keep jumping the vehicle or get it fixed. My mom and I call the insurance company at this point I feel they set the car up to be stolen so they could double dip in profits. I notify the finance company of the issues they put a hold on the loan. They follow me and take pictures when I asked them a 1000 times to please fix the vehicle in a safe working condition or just give me my down payment back they were freely with the words you people fail to realize the vehicle is as it it doesn't have to be safe nor working . Call the finance company and tell them you want the car fix it and move on. Finance company was closed sat they repossessed my car and said they won't give me my down payment back. Did I mention I bought 2 tires for the vehicle . I didn't drive the vehicle a good 8hrs
