    On January 4, 2025, we rented the 26-passenger “luxury limo bus #31” from Jimmy’s Limo Service for a turnaround trip to ********** for the ******* away game. Our group of 10 expected a premium travel experience, as advertised. However, the accommodations and service provided were far from acceptable and did not meet the advertised “luxury” standard. First, there was no access to the TVs. Additionally, there was no WiFi available. Most concerningly, the bus had no functioning heat, and we endured freezing temperatures in the teens for 4.5 hours each way. This made the trip extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable, especially given the nature of the service we paid for. We contacted Jimmy’s Limo staff during the trip to get assistance, but they were unable to provide a solution. It was clear the driver had little to no knowledge of the equipment or devices on the bus. Eventually, our pleas for assistance were ignored entirely. On the return trip, we were left locked on the bus with no heat or communication from the driver, adding to our discomfort. To date, we have not received any follow-up, apology, or acknowledgment from Jimmy’s Limo Service regarding this experience. This level of unresponsiveness and lack of customer care is highly unprofessional and warrants a billing adjustment, if nothing else. We request a formal acknowledgment of this complaint, an apology, and a billing adjustment for the substandard service provided. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend Jimmy’s Limo Service for road trips, particularly in cold weather.     ******* sent an email on Sunday Jan 5th letting us know about her experience. Our office staff is not in on Sundays and due to the 8 inches of snow and ice yesterday we were also not in. I sent an email to her already this morning letting her know that we received it and that we would investigate her claims and get back to her. I will provide an additional response once that has taken place.
