Wish I had found P&G property solutions earlier. They work efficiently and are well organized. Have used them for 2 major bathroom renovations and in the process of doing the kitchen. Trustworthy, on time and within the budget. I love the attention to detail. If something was missed or not done right, it was corrected immediately.

Nice ranch home in ******* ************ **** ***** zip code. Home had only one bathroom. My first project was to add a new full bathroom in the lower level where there was no bathroom and no rough-in for a bath. Completed the full bathroom making the home a 2 full bath. Then P&G Property Solutions completed a full bathroom remodel of the main level of the home. Once completed we then replaced a number of windows for the home. Additionally P&G removed and replaced interior doors throughout the home. Currently we are working on a complete Kitchen Remodel which includes the removal of a structural wall and re-supporting the area with LVL Beams in order to open the kitchen up to the living room area.Review fromJudy L

5 starsI had a total gut job of my master bathroom. It turned out beautifully. The workers were very polite and did a spectacular job. I also had another bathroom r3model and a kitchen remodel. The suggestions that were made were spot on. I told **** what I had in mind, he listened and we were able to agree on everything. I highly recommend P&G Property Solutions. 5 starsEvery house is a money pit. Sooner or later we are all going to need a good contractor. About ten years ago I had the good fortune to come across Gary B**** and his company, P&G Property Solutions. In the last decade Gary has put roofs on two properties as well as gutters for me. He has also remodeled a bathroom and installed laminate flooring in a rental property. In October of last year it was time for me to deal with a project I’ve been dreading for years. The pipes under my slab house were sagging and there is no easy fix for that. It meant pulling up the floor and jack hammering the concrete floors in my kitchen. Thank God , I was able to call on Gary again. He made the project as painless as possible and by 7PM on demo day the pipes were replaced and the new concrete was poured. This was Important because my husband has mobility issues. Of course that meant new floors through out and eventually a new kitchen. He also redid the half bath. Most recently, he and his team installed a tankless water heater. I am delighted with the results. I am not sure that I would have had the same result without Gary B**** and P&G Property Solutions. Gary is reliable, accountable, very hands on with his people and knows what he’s doing. Like people, no two projects are the same. Gary is wise enough to know this and brings decades of knowledge and experience to every project. Some things just get better with age.Review fromDarren L

5 starsMr. B w/P&G is the best construction contractor in the area. He takes a care of his customers in all aspects of the business. His service is premier and treats every project as it was his own. I recently had wind damage and tried contacting several contractors, both large and small in the area and no one called me back or the ones that did, gave me the run around. I had Mr. B's card and called him. He immediately contacted me and inspected and provided a quote within 24 hours. That weekend, the job was done. Mr. B not only did a follow up inspection, but personally met me to make sure everything was perfect. The crew worked very well and cleaned up perfectly. He also had his painting crew paint the ceiling that was damaged due to roof leaking. Would work with him again. P & G Property Solutions is an excellent company. We requested (3) different bids for a huge concrete patio and wood deck removal w/replacement to concrete. The 2nd bid was to replace textured ceiling in my kitchen with new drywall, install 9 new can lights and new paint for the ceiling & walls. Gary B**** has been excellent to work, he manages any and all issues on the job, he never leaves it to the customer, he has the utmost consideration for your time, he kept us informed in a timely manner as the project moved along. We knew exactly when things would progress and mutually agree, if time management was encountered for weather, or any other project issues. He is excellent, he comes to evaluates the job, prepares bids and presents them in a timely manner, as well. He is very considerate of your property and goes out of his way to keep the project site neat throughout the whole process. Our blacktop drive way incurred an oil stain from equipment during the job. Gary followed through with having the driveway re-sealed when pressure washing attempts did not have the results he expected on the job site. Our (3rd) job will start next week. (again we mutually agreed to wait til after the holidays) We have a small powder room needing a complete re-do. I am confident that it will turn out just fine! A very nice couple. their project consisted of removing a 16 x 33 foot old ground deck and replacing with a concrete patio. The kitchen ceiling lighting project consisted of installing 9 new recessed ceiling lights to replace old center lighting so as to update the kitchen. The ceiling was covered with new drywall then finished and painted. Unfortunatley one of our truck dropped some oil on the blacktop driveway in several spots. After poiwer washing the driveway it was apparent the oild stains still were a eye sore. My Solutions, P&G Property Solutions told the customer I would completley reseal their blacktop driveway so it all was even. I do not like to leave a problem for my customers. I would not have liked my driveway looking as it did. So I fixed it. I'm sure I now have a customer for life and one who will tell others about my company. I recently had a deck repaired with P&G property and I would highly recommend this company to all. I met with Mr G*** initially to discuss the project. He gave me a comprehensive assessment of the work needed to complete the job. I must say he demonstrated patience and answered every question I had about the project. The job was completed in a timely manner. The price was fair. The workmanship on my deck was of high quality. I feel this is an honest company who cares about the customer. Very nice clinet. The project consisted of replacing wood deck flooring, raings, steps and step railings. The steps were upgraded to a three ******** system for additional strength, All materials were Treated Decking Lumber as per building codes. Total project completed in 3 days.Review fromAnn E

My wife and I hired Gary b**** to finish our basement and we were extremely happy with the work. He spent significant time with us prior to signing a contract working out details of the quote, including giving us better advice compared with our original plans. Other competitors did not really offer advice and just gave us a quote for what we thought we wanted. We were happy with the advice and guidance Gary gave and decided to use him because of his advice and suggestions. While work took longer than quoted, I was expecting that because construction always takes longer than anticipated. He held his subcontractors to a high standard including calling them back to correct issues that he noticed, alleviating us from having to deal with that. Very nice couple. The finishing of the project took a bit longer due to Material delays from bar cabinet suppler. This project included a bar 17 foot wet bar with wall cabinets. The cabinets were special order and were delayed by supplier. Also we were dealing with Covid problems at the time.However the homeowners were very nice and as a good Contractor should Kept them updated.
