      After two years of use ,the handle on my Totes auto open auto close umbrella becam so sticky as to be unusable.I tried several cleaning methods to no avail.Decided to file a warranty claim ,which I did over two months ago.I followed the steps they require as specified on their web site,no response and no eply to follow up correspondence.Their warranty is a scam,find another umbrella supplier!
