    I am a long time shopper of this store and even though it is pricey, the care and knowledge of the staff have been worth the additional cost.However I recently inquired about replacing a bird feeder purchased from their store that had a lifetime warranty. They could not honor the warranty because the company was out of business.They did not try to work with me or to keep me as a customer.Very disappointing.
