Their junk crown lasted for me 10 month. I made multiple trips to them to install it because even that junk they were not able to fit properly. $1000 dollars of waste plus additional about $130 to hear their crown is not good anymore. Their "professionalism" is above the sky.

I want to start off by saying my child had a loose tooth and was crying in pain for 3 days, I was in contact with the front desk about this yesterday and they told me to bring him in during walk-in hours today at 9am. Got there at 9am and after 30 min they did an X-ray and the lady was nice and comforted my ten year old and explained what was going on and what was happening as a dentist office is a scary place for most kids and even adults. (Side note my child has never had any other dealings with a dentist except a cleaning) we also have been coming to this office for 7 years & have NEVER been treated so poorly as we were today. One Dr. W***** came in he did not say anything about the xray he said my child can pull his tooth out on his own or he can numb the area and pull it out (thus giving him a release in the pressure/pain that he was feeling daily from the adult tooth pushing up) my child said he wanted it taken out. Dr. W***** basically told us that he’s been down this road before with kids and he’s not wasting his time trying to do this if my child was going to freak out, meanwhile my child is asking him questions (as any 10 year old would at a dentist where they are ALREADY NERVOUS) he wouldn’t answer any of his questions I had to try to answer them and calm him and make him feel like everything was going to be ok. His assistant brought in the tray with the numbing tools and he immediately grabbed a cotton tip and dried the area he was numbing and THREW it back on the counter with an attitude as if we were an inconvenience to his JOB. He then grabbed the numbing needle (didn’t use any cream to try to numb the gum before using the needle) shoved it into his mouth aggressively and my child jumped and squirmed away. He then stood up tossed the numbing needle on the counter said have a good day and left the room. He did not explain anything to either of us, his actions were very unprofessional and I will not be taking any of my three kids back to that office.
