    I recently utilized the services of National Background Check, Inc. for an FBI background check. Despite my compliance with their procedures and timely payment, I did not receive the results as promised. Attempts to address the issue were met with claims that the results were emailed, yet no evidence was provided to substantiate this. When I followed up beyond the 30-day mark, I was informed that they could no longer access my results and requested additional payment for reprocessing. This experience has caused me considerable distress, as there was no acknowledgment of the possibility that an error on their part could have occurred. My situation is further compounded by discovering multiple similar complaints under their other business name, Fastfingerprints, which suggests a troubling pattern of customer service issues. I am deeply disappointed with the lack of transparency and accountability in this matter and advise others to proceed with caution when considering NBCI for their background check needs.
