    **Unacceptable Treatment of Employees**I am extremely disappointed with Rise and their recent treatment of employees. They claim to stand for compassion, well-being, and supporting their community, but their actions tell a different story. Recently, an employee was fired simply for needing to be in the hospital, which is not only heartless but goes against all the values they pretend to uphold. How can a company that promotes healing and care in their products treat their own people with such disregard? This kind of behavior shows a lack of respect and understanding for basic human needs. I used to think Rise was a company with integrity, but now I see that their values are nothing more than a marketing facade. I wont be supporting a company that treats its employees this way, and I urge others to consider doing the same.
