Bought a vehicle on 8/16 and traded in 3 cars two with loans one without. As of 9/3 neither vehicles have been paid off after contacting dealer with no returned emails I was told that they lost the pay off information and they will get right on it. On 9/3 had an unauthorized credit pull by company as well and was told it will just fall off it’s fine.

The customer's cars were not paid off until we were funded from his credit union, and this process was communicated to the customer by the Management team. We are aware that the credit was pulled inadvertently, which was also communicated to the customer by our Finance Manager. Our Finance Manager is currently in touch with the credit bureau to see what can be done in ensuring it does not affect the customer's credit and is corrected on their credit report.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Incorrect no one called me to tell me about it I had to send your business Manager the only person who’s been helpful a picture then was contacted by JP and was told oh it’s fine it will fall off. You need to provide documentation of all steps of this process. A claim has also been filed with CFPB

This was an actual credit app that was submitted electronically thru our website. The vehicle trying to be purchased was a **** ********, After doing our due diligence we assumed there was something fraudulent, once realizing this. We googled the address and name of the application trying to locate a different number  to contact other than what was provided due to our suspicion. We left messages attached to the numbers that were found attached to the name on the application with no return phone calls. We even had a driver's license sent to us that matched the information submitted on the application, but we just felt something was not right. We even asked a qualifying question about customer living in ******* **** and he said oh yeah **********.

    Thank you, Scott E********,

Started on First service Date 07/29/2022. The 2021 Lincoln was sent in to get an oil change and have the Hood checked and fixed because the front left driver side above the headlight and down the driver side of the hood was lifting and a gap was forming of separation. They supposedly fixed it by having a outside third party come in and adjust the hood. The car went back in for its next oil change and Needed them to look at the hood again. It is lifting and now coming out of the hood latch, the left front driver side is now gaped even farther and opening up that we can stick our hand under the hood. There was no fixing of it. They claim they did but the hood now lifts out of the latch and opens up on the front driver side. Nick from Service said they did the best they could but never fixed it and sent a unfinished safety issue back out to the customer knowing the hood was not done right. The text message came directly from nick in service about them not being able to fix it and sent it back to us un safe to drive. I will be uploading pics of the both front left and right side and you will see the front passenger side of the hood is not lifting and the driver side is getting worse
