Business ProfileforMassage Envy

I signed up for a massage contract years ago for one year. As a single parent with major back issues at this time I thought this was a great deal. The problem started when d/t scheduling and lack of money to pay for the tip I was unable to get the massages monthly. For years I've been trying to get out of this contract. The problem lies that when holding your account you must still pay $10/month and they state you can't transfer more then one massage a month and cannot give more then one to the same person. I have exchanged emails, and called. Back in December I personally walked in to place of business and requested to transfer all my 19 massages so I can finally be out of the fiasco. The acting manager, Courtney, allowed me to transfer 3 at this time and verbally told me she would allow me to transfer 3 a month while placing a hold on the account to resolve this. This week the establishment again charged my account for a massage for $75 which yet again left me broke. I have paid for all these massages and I am told if I cancel I lose them. This is a $1700 loss because they are unwilling to work with their customers. After calling to the massage place I got a email from another "acting manager" stating they will not refund the full amount to honor what was previously discussed with me. At this point I want my money back and/or the remaining messages transferred to the list of people I had.
