      Hello My name is ***** ***********. I used to live at ********* Properties and then it was changed over to another management company named Mayfair Property Management. I used to  live at **** ********* A** *** * in April 2016- December 2018. I had an overdue balance that I DID paid off; however it is still showing on my credit report. The discrepancy on my credit report is causing difficulties for me in moving into a home or place to stay.       I gave a verbal notice to vacate MayFair Apartments, **** * ***** *** ********* ** ****** in April 2022 which was managed by - ******* *******. My lease was month to month. I  moved out at the end of April 2022 as agreed.

      I did not sign a new lease because the neighborhood was bad and I desired to leave.

      A big change in staff took place by the end of April 2022 and as a result I was continually being billed after moving without prior staff to represent me.

      I now have a $6000 + bill on all three credit reports. Nobody from 2022 still works there who can be held responsible for or assist with this dispute.

      I need to resolve this issue but have not been able to reach anyone with knowledge to accommodate me about this transaction.

      I don't know how to proceed with my conflict in order to settle this dispute.

      I filed a complaint and would like to find results. Was ******* ******* but changed to something like townhouses at bexley. I have not lived there for 2 years. Everything is different but I have a incorrect balance reflected on my credit report that I need assistance removing. They were changing around the time I moved. 

      I moved during all the changes and can't figure out why I'm being charged after moving out. Can't contact anyone to help me dispute this mess and trying to move soon. That $6000 + balance will halt anything I'm attempting to do. Who can help me?

      Staff was changing at the time I gave notice to vacate I got caught up in their mess and now can't seem to get any answers about it

      My rent was $985 I am trying to figure all this out. After months of trying to resolve this crap. I have gotten nowhere. So, next I assume the attorney General to be my only remaining option. No relocating until this is done. I simply don't understand why this is so difficult and frustrating that I can't figure anything out with these ******* ******* people. Ughhh

      On or about (approx) Oct 1,2022. I reported to the maintenance crew that the hot water spicket was free-flowing without a stop valve or shut off. This issue continued until (approx) Dec 01, 2022. After paying on Oct 14, 2022 when I paid my gas bill in full bringing it to the current, bill of $403.00 pd. Nov 1, 2022, the bill is showing $211.00. By Dec.5, 2022, is now showing $792.00. I honestly feel that their negligence, ignoring that I placed seven work orders including one to the corporate office to resolve this issue. Do I have the right to request they should pay something for allowing this situation to be? Fair compensation is all I seek for aid on my utility expense caused by the negligence. I'm retired and run a tight budget to keep bills paid timely. Columbia Gas of Ohio sent a letter inquiring about the sudden spiking in my usage asking about the gas line structures.

      We have received his complaint and I have spoken with Mr. ******** directly.  He is asking for us to waive one month’s rent.  He provided me with gas bills.  I have upper management looking at his complaint and gas bills to determine if we will be able to provide him with some type of resolution.  Once I receive direction from upper management, I will reach out to you and Mr. ******** with that information.  I hope to hear something soon.

      I have lived at these apartments almost 3 years I am tired! I have never gotten my air fixed so I been without ac since living here had to buy a window ac unit they lied said they provided one to me on them closing my maintenance request. Also, the day I moved in was not ready to be moved in and due to the pandemic took them months to get to my maintenance request. I have reported the water damage from the rain it messed up almost every window in the house also the roof leakage no one came to fix or look at it. I reported the mold on bathroom ceiling they canceled it never heard back. I now have a nasty mice infestation and have caught 10 now I still see mice running around. I have left voicemails made three requests about the pest they canceled the requests and no one has came I have three children and nice things in my home I am at the breaking point now throat their also mice! I also have gotten false notices about late rent and trash. I have never been late on a rent payment once! Not once but I have gotten several notices about three day notice of rent. Also text about being late when I already have rent paid. I am tired these apartments do not care about the residents who have been living here and been good with making payments. I need help I can’t live like this anymore no one deserves to live like this.

      One month ago, my A/C broke. The unit has not been updated in 15 years. Management has ignored my calls for a repair entirely, I have been without working A/C in summer heat for a month. Maintenance has not come out once to help me. I am a 70-year-old woman, this is a very pressing situation for me and they are doing nothing to fix it.

      Consumer informed BBB by phone that an eviction notice was placed on her door yesterday, stating she owed $1800 rent dating back to 2019 and forward. She said she has lived there 20 years and always paid her rent on time but does not have receipts from that far back. She feels this is retaliation for filing a BBB complaint about her A/C.

      I Bernice Croom request this decision. I been living here since 2002. I am 70 yrs old with chronic kidney disease. I’ve never had this to happen in twenty yrs. Land - says me & Col. Metro Housing owe him $1,600.00 for rent late fees & water.


      I have never had a water bill. Never! They expected my rent every month. They take my rent every month. They started this 2 months ago, with a new manager. First he said (Mayfair) owes $1,800. Now 1,600. This happen he said back in 2019. Why was I not aware of this in 2019. That I do not know are remember what so I do . I am on fixed income. 


      This is not right or fair almost 5 years ago. He was not manager back them. I took him lease from 5-9. He sent another letter now saying after they went over went from 1,800 t 1,600? He also tome me to bring him water bill money without giving me a bill.


      Thas has happen before. When legal aide help me 6 yrs ago saying I owe them $4,500 case was thrown out (Dismissed) Legal has help before due to this same problem.
