I signed a monthly contract to utilize the fitness center named Fitness 19 located at 30240 Euclid Ave. I never had an opportunity to use the gym but once as I encountered a torn meniscus: they can’t provide you with any log in times I access the facility but one day. My membership was on hold until May 2022 due to my injury. I had surgery , and decided not to pursue the membership. I will pay the monthly $19 fee for May and June. I want my monthly membership to end effective 6/40/2022. I have both emails to prove I sent on 6/30/2022. I contacted. Fitness 19 on 6/30/2022 and Jeremiah stated to me I can’t end my membership I stated I am not in a contract and if I was placed in a contract fitness 19 Fasely without my knowledge, consent or understand signed me into anything other than a monthly membership. Prior to 6/30/2022 I made several attempts to end my monthly membership over the phone. I had surgery , can’t go in the facility period!! I was told the Manager would contact me back he never returns my calls. Jeremiah whom is rude refuses to end my monthly membership although I have never accessed the facility but once ever!!!. Please request verification of my access to the facility dates and times. They continue to rack up monthly fees and refuse to just end my monthly membership. When I signed up I said I didn’t want a contract. I was told they do not have a contract and that is why I signed up for a membership month to month. I could not get anyone over the phone so emailed the billing company and the facility and stated I wanted my monthly membership ended effective 6/30/2022. I will pay for the 2 months I owe since I never utilize the facility my account was on hold until May 2022 due to my injury and surgery: I have been given nothing but rude over the phone behavior and the run around. My emails billing went from $40 I owed last week to $108 this week. They are scamming people and refuse to let people out of the membership to scam money from you.
