  Jake and John were great to work with, as well as the crew. We had a new patio poured on the back of our house and a small concrete pad replaced at our side entry door. There were a few setbacks during this project, including acquiring the permit from the city, as well as rain. During these setbacks, Jake and John were both communicative and honest in their responses. The work itself was well-done, and there were no major issues with quality (again, there were problems because of the rain but John worked to patch things). An improvement I would recommend to the team is slightly better cleanup. Our cleanup was so-so, and unfortunately the team placed a window well in crooked and very high from the ground (so it doesn't match the other). We also had some concrete splash on our side door (inevitable, but could have been wiped immediately). Something I would recommend is for the team to have the homeowners take a final look at the framing together with the team before they pour, just to cover all details and potential issues or questions. These are overall small details, but I would say paying more attention to these kinds of things will help with the overall craftsmanship of work and client satisfaction. At the end of the project, John stayed to discuss overall care and maintenance, as well as future projects. I appreciated this conversation, as it showed their interest is beyond just pouring concrete. I would definitely go with this team again and have recommended them to friends and family. Thanks!

  They completed a tear out of our back patio and replaced it with an extended new one. Everyone involved communicated every step of the way along with informing of us on the plan. Will use again in the future!

  They performed a tear out of a front stoop and walkway. After 6 months, there was chipping and flaking in multiple areas. I contacted them as soon as I found the issue and it took them approximately a month later to come out and look at it. They took pictures and agreed that chipping and flaking were present and should not be doing that. They said they'd review it and get back to me to take care of it. I have not heard back from person that came out for 7 months. I have left numerous voicemails on his cell phone and left multiple messages directly with the company along with emails explaining my situation. No has contacted me and this is still not resolved. The problem is getting worse. I do not recommend this company for any type of business due to their lack of service and responsiveness, as well as quality of work.

  Long story short they quoted us for concrete patio removal and pouring of new concrete. They decided to pour on top of the old concrete patio instead, asked for money back due to not having to remove old concrete which for this job would have cost anywhere from $600 to $1900 according to current market rates. They refused and then said they will also not coming back to start sealing our concrete which was on the contract and paid for.On top of wanting to pour extra concrete they had in our backyard the whole process was sketchy and weird.Do no recommend *********** they contracted to do the work were nice though..
