    We were quoted $115.00 with the senior discount came to $105.00 for one night stay on 1/17/25. The web-site stated $115.00. With state tax and occupancy room tax it came to $118.91. They also applied a $50.00 charge for accidents. We asked for a copy of the invoice to submit for expenses.Our credit card was then charged $205.05. We called 4 times to the customer service number and also scanned the invoice we were given of the $118.91. We requested a refund for the difference of $86.14. We tried calling the hotel directly in Wilmington OH with NO ANSWER. A manager was to call us back but we never received a call from a manager. As of 2/7/25, the $50.00 charge is STILL pending on our credit card. Will never go to a Holiday Inn again. Once they have your credit card number, they price *****. Very disappointed - poor business practice. If I could leave no stars I would.
