Quite possibly the worst experience you could have at a car dealership. Saleswoman ******* was kind and helpful answering all questions I had about the vehicle. I then went on a test drive and really enjoyed the car. The good experience ended as soon as the test drive was over. I was asking questions about the pricing of the car just to have owner of the dealership come out and yell at me very unprofessional. When deciding I wanted to purchase the car despite the negativity, the finance manager tried to slip a warranty into the price without telling me while signing the final papers. Overall, shady tactics and scummy behavior. Do yourself a favor and never buy from here, even if local. Drive elsewhere.

If I could give a zero I would. After two days of conversation, test driving, appraisal of my trade the dealer ship raised the price of the vehicle by almost $10000. They did not tell me before running my credit report. The only reason I found out about the price increase was because the numbers did not make sense to me when presented with the offer. It was only after my questioning that they revealed the new price stating that used car prices went up since we talked the DAY BEFORE! Incredibly sneaky and dishonest.

My grandmother had leased a new ***** **** 3 years ago from Mazda of Wooster. We had a really good experience with our salesman *** and everything went smoothly. The end of the lease was coming to a close so we went in this past Saturday(6-11-22) to purchase the vehicle out right. *** was busy with some other customers so we had a really nice lady get the process started and get some numbers together. I've worked in the car industry in the past so I had already ran the numbers the night before so we knew what to expect going in. When she brought the paperwork I noticed the numbers weren't right and asked how they figured it up. She said there was a "new" ****** fee the dealership was charging now to buy-out your lease that there sales manager **** had created. My grandma is 78 years old and on a fixed income so this was not the news we wanted to hear especially since we had the contract she had signed 3 years prior that showed clearly what the pay-off was. So the typical back and forth started where the sales person goes back to the finance office and then relays the information between us and them. Seeing we were not conceding to this "new fee" they decided to send the finance manager **** out to speak with us. This is where things really went downhill. The entire mood changed as soon as he sat down. His attitude/frustration was palpable. He asks what he could do for us in an agitated tone. I simply asked him when did they start charging this new fee. He replied "a couple months ago" and then added "which we have the right to do". So I told him he obviously wasn't concerned about customer relations and he told me "don't put words in my mouth". It was obvious we weren't going to get anywhere with this guy and I can honestly say I've never been spoken to so rudely by someone in which customer service should be top priority. Before walking out I walked over to Finance manager **** and asked for his last name in which his exact words were "get away from me".
